My husband purchased items for my birthday Black Friday weekend which arrived promptly in time for the day. On opening the parcel sadly the Pressed Chrome Palette was damaged emailed customer support with a photo of the damage. Very quick response received and new Palette was delivered a couple of days later all pristine shiny and new 😁

Beatrice resolved a delivery issue for me, i place an order December 2nd, courier said delivered but it was not delivered to me. Email MyLee letting them know it had not arrived, Beatrice dealt with my issue very quickly and arranged a replacement, delivered by a different courier service. Parcel arrived as per Beatrice email today, thank you Beatrice your help was much appreciated.

I ordered a nail set for my sister for Xmas, only to learn almost immediately after ordering she already had the set!
I contacted their support team to ask to stop the delivery and they replied right away and sorted it all out for me, including the refund. Big shout out to Sam and Eve for all their help, really appreciate it :-)

I decided to give these a go after being relentlessly advertised them on Instagram. I don't like the idea of salon gels that need curing with UV and ruining your nails on removal, so these seemed a good alternative. Delivery was quick, price was decent. Application was a little tricky to start with but once I got the hang of it I was away! Followed every step of the instructions to the letter, and suddenly I had a set of absolutely beautiful nails! I was very impressed and looked forward to them lasting longer than a few days, like my usual DIY nail polish. Sadly, this was not to be. Four days later they are lifting around the edges and I keep catching them in my hair and on clothing. I did every single bit of prep as instructed. I haven't exposed my hands to water or oils for long periods of time, I shower quickly, use gloves for cleaning, I don't do heavy work or use my nails to pry things open, but they don't seem to be able to cope with washing my hands after every bathroom visit/interaction with a sticky child/dubious substance, or standard usage of my hands! I am sad because they really are lovely for the first couple of days. I bought two packs, and will use the other just for the few days of Christmas celebrations, but think I'll look elsewhere in future.

Ordered a few stocking fillers during black friday sales.
Delivery was quick, sadly one item was missing. I addressed this through the contact form, and although it took a little bit of time to resolve, a replacement for the missing item was sent out.
Dealt with 'Irene' in the customer service team and she was very helpful and responsive and resolved my issue.
Errors happen, it is how a company deals with it which makes me reorder.

I bought a whole set with lamp, gels and other tools. Paid £80, and it was on sale. The nails don't last more that 2-3 days! They chip or peal off. Tried everything , checked blogs for advise and official website, nothing helps! Huge waist of money and time!!!

I ordered a nail kit for a present but ordered the wrong set. I emailed to change the order which was sorted for me by Eve from the customer service team. The replacement is now on it's way. Very efficient service.

Had a problem with a Mylee Grande lamp . The adapter did not fit into the back of the lamp! Contacted customer service and Beatrice dealt with the problem. On the 28thNovember I received a brand new lamp .Excellent service! Well done Beatrice

These are amazing 🤩 I wish I'd tried them years ago. I've had my first set on for nearly 3 weeks now and they've not budged, chipped or come unstuck.
They look amazing and I can feel how strong they are. I can see my natural nail growth underneath.
Haven't tried to remove them yet, as they still look and feel great.
I've ordered some Christmas ones, so will try them soon

The products are good but shipping is a joke.
I have been told by Yodel every day for 6 days that the parcel would be delivered the following day, but it never arrived. Because of this I am stuck at home like an idiot. I've reached out to Mylee but they haven't helped at all. At this point I am wondering if I will receive the parcel at all, or get my money back.

Placed my first order with Mylee for a secret santa present. I was very impressed with the service. I had issues using their 15% discount code whilst placing the order, however, when I got in touch with them about this, it was actioned immediately and the 15% was refunded to my card. Someone called Beatrice from Customer Support Team helped. Delighted.

I only like to buy off companies I can trust and Mylee is definitely one of them. My order was shipped the same day and Yodel received it the next day and was in the local depot, but 5 days later I still hadn’t received it so I contacted Mylee through their WhatsApp, and within 10 minutes they had responded to say they would look into it. That evening I received my parcel and Mylee contacted me the next day to confirm everything was ok. Excellent customer service. I’ve not opened the parcel yet because it is a Christmas present but it was all there and packed well. Thankyou
