I have not been able to get the nails to stay on. I followed the instructions to the letter and didn't give up after first couple of failures but they still pop off. I decided to try the 5 in 1 builder gel instead on my natural nails but that peels off. I did get in touch with Mylee who only said to make sure the preparation was followed which I did. Looks like I will be going back to nail glue which I previously used but would have preferred something gentler on natural nails

I've spent a lot of money on Mylee products and when my lamp started to over heat and burn the skin of two people I thought they would be able to assist me, apparently not. I was told to speak to a dermatologist as that was definitely an allergy ( I find it hard to believe since it was more than one person). It took 9 days, 3 emails, WhatsApp message one FB message and FB comment for a response. I have asked to speak with manager and it's been 2 days with no reply. Having researched apparently over heating is a common fault so I'm assuming they just don't want the bother or cost of replacing the lamp but they have lost any future sales from myself.

Just started my own little nail business and chose Mylee as my brand of choice …… I love it! So much help given on the website on application or trouble shooting and the choices of colours is amazing and they are constantly adding new ones. Highly recommend

Brought the mylee candy girl from a local store and how I regret it. Instructions say cures in 60-120 minutes. It took around 6/7 coats to build up a solid colour and drying time was ridiculous. In total I spent just over 2 hours doing my hands and feet as I'd already done one hand before realising and had no way to remove so had to continue... drying time was around 25 minutes for one hand. The colour is also quite neon and it's definitely not salon quality. I'm now 10 pounds down and have to still buy the mylee remover so I can get it off. Do not recommend unless you have 2 hours to waste

I order some nail wraps and they were sent with a particular delivery service, even thought I repeatedly requested a through the services website delivery to a preferred location they didn't and returned my parcel. I contacted Mylee regarding this and explained the situation and Beatrice who responded could not have been more helpful. The service was fast and delivered the next day, so service was super fast. Will definitely buy from them again.

Great company. Wouldn’t buy from anywhere else. I’m a newbie to the nail world. After paying to have my nails done, I realised it was cheaper to get a kit and do it myself.
I wouldn’t be without my mylee kit at all now. I love how there are deals and great offers. All the colour choices are amazing. Delivery is always super quick and packed well.
Highly enjoy their reward scheme too, makes purchases even more worth while when you get a reward to shopping with this company back. I’ve saved loads with vouchers and rewards gifts.
My gels last 3 weeks and really help to look after my nails, as someone with anxiety these help to stop the damaging picking routine. Everyone always compliments on how well these gels have helped healed my hands.
Will come back to Mylee time and time again!

I bought the midi kit from Mylee and I used it a few times as they would peel off after 1 or 2 days. I followed all the prep work (I had BIAB done for years so knew enough about what I was doing) and after a few uses I realised that my nails were ruined. I had worked so hard to get my nails to a nice length and with strength. My nail tech had gone on maternity so I thought this kit would be great to fill the gap until my nail tech is back. All my nails have split and ended up so short (and painful). I reached out to Mylee with all the information they required, they offered a replacement (which is no good because my nails are ruined) and after that just stopped responding to me.
Love love love mylee. Been using it for about 9 months now and am even starting my own business now. The customer service is next level. Just remember that gel polish no matter what, contains chemicals and should not come in contact with the skin. I see lots of stuff about allergies but that's partially because brands like mylee are so accessible that unprofessionals can use it. If you don't know what your doing please do some research before you start.

Purchased their products both through their own website and also on Amazon. I like their products although I had issues with a topcoat and the customer service was good with a replacement sent out. However when I've tried to contact customer service regarding a lamp bought on Amazon it's been a nightmare to get proper customer service and been passed back and forth. I've tried email, Amazon support and also WhatsApp- I still don't know what's happening because instead of a consistent back and forth conversation you end up waiting 1 day to get a response to then have to reply and wait another day- I'm considering looking for an alternative gel polish brand due to this.
Edit to update:
Told me they'd send me a replacement, got no contact when I asked follow up questions, they finally got back to me to tell me the lamp isn't in stock and to go back through Amazon despite me having already tried this route and getting no response from Mylee. So a week later I am still no further in getting any sort of replacement for a faulty lamp. No faith in them as a brand anymore given they can't uphold their own warranty and their customer service is atrocious.

I ordered the new gel nail wraps and wrap remover which hadn't arrived and it had been a week. I had ordered these for a reception party on the weekend. I contacted the support team and Beatrice looked into the delivery. Yodel had lost my order. Beatrice sent out another order to me which I received the following day! Brilliant customer service and looking at the other reviews, Beatrice is definitely an asset to Mylee! Thank you x

One of the Polishes I was sent was the wrong colour, after emailing the customer support team Beatrice kindly responded by promptly sending the right colour straight away and letting me know it was on its way! I have now received the correct shade. Excellent customer service, thank you :)
