Originally my experience would sadly have been rated pretty low. I can totally understand the pressure many companies are under for shipping endless special orders in time for Christmas. But with no communication and no updates on my order (ordered roughly 1/12/24), I was beginning to severely worry as this was also a gift for a loved one that I ordered.
However, I was contacted by Eve from the Mylee Support Team and they could not have been more helpful and respectful. I have never experienced customer service like it! I have had confirmation of my order arriving in time for Christmas (from both Mylee Support Team and the courier delivering the parcel) as well as a kind apology for the mishap.
I truly cannot express how grateful I am for all of the help they provided. I will be browsing the site completely stress-free now knowing that this company are truly genuine and care about their customers.
Thank you so so much again!

Unfortunately an item was missing from my first order and I then selected the wrong postage on my second order. I used Whatsapp to contact Mylee, who answered my message within 45mins. After half an hour, Eve messaged back to say she would send the missing item (wasn't in stock so has sent me the upgraded version) out and also upgraded my delivery FOC! Swift and super customer service. Thanks!

UPDATED REVIEW: Mylee did get back in touch a few days later about my non delivered item. After an investigation, they agreed to resend the item through a faster and more reliable courier service than yodel, who had lost my original order. I now finally have it about 3 weeks later than expected. I hope they have learnt a lesson to not use Yodel again and put in better tracking systems.
PREVIOUS REVIEW: Ordered and paid for an item from Mylee almost almost 2 weeks ago and still not received it, despite promised 2-4 day delivery times. The tracking from the courier service they use (Yodel) shows the item has not moved from a local depot in over a week. Neither Mylee or Yodel have not been contactable via the online methods available, to help me chase this up. Mylee only lets me contact them through an online form that they have not responded to and Yodel have shut down their phone and web chat customer service lines. Leaving me with no option but to write this review of my experience, in the hope someone listens.
Very disappointing first experience using this company. I will be seeking a refund through my credit card company soon if I do not receive item soon.
Great customer service experience. I initially had the incorrect item delivered. On contacting Mylee they ensured the problem was rectified with the warehouse, so wouldn’t happen again for anyone else and then sent out the correct item to me and all received within 3 days of the complaint. They kept me informed of progress throughout. Excellent service.

I really don’t appreciate having my email used for spam and getting emails for a certain product being back in stock when…it’s not! This happened twice now, so I know they’re using this opportunity to grab an email and spam you!

Amazing company. Great products and if you have any issues or problems they are more than happy to help where they can and sort it out. I had an issue with something not ordering correctly and they have resolved this issue straight away! Cannot fault.

I've been ordering from Mylee for about 5 years. Their products are amazing and brilliant quality. I always get compliments on the colour of my nails.
They are super quick with delivery. I've only had one reason to email their customer service and they were excellent and very prompt in answering and resolving. Really great company and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my nail products.

Terrible and unreliable.
Next day it peels off.
Done everything as advised. Filed, ensured nail plate is dry and clean (no oils) had base coat, top coat, UV light adequate time and next day it peeled in the shower. I should have left buying these as it was bad when I bought one years ago. This is a brand new bottle out of a few I wore. Maybe this formulation is bad.

I recently had a problem with a Mylee product I purchased, I contacted Mylee via Whatsapp, their response was very fast, they were very clear what I needed to do and what info they needed to help with my query. After they had received all the info needed they sent me a replacement which was received the next day! I'm very happy with their customer service and super fast resolution. Thank you Mylee :)
