UPDATED REVIEW: sorry, here was the same confusion other users had: the bad review applies to another company using a similar name: Lily Deal Store! So please be aware that I did not order with My Lily Deals nor should they receive a bad review. The following applies only to LILY DEAL STORE:
I ordered via facebook app, which I usually don't. Just a small item (mobile phone holder for car). Ordered it on 26.10.19 - now we have the 19th November and still no info when I will get it. I have complained once but only got an excuse that it will arrive soon. When you go to their tracking site, only Chinese signs appear, so you dont know where it is or what is happening. Reading the other reviews I wonder if they not only want your money....

Worst ever. Product was sent with damage, false size advertising and customer service doesnt want to replace. They just RIP you off for ya money

Very Happy Customer
I'm so happy, I was skeptical ordering from this site, I read all the bad reviews, and was pondering for days if I should order from them and I decided to go ahead and do it. I ordered my full body trainer on the 6th, and I received tracking info on it everyday, I received my package on the 14th, and it was well packed, and was a 100% to my liking. Thank you for your promptness, and I look forward to do more business with you.

Warning!!Don't buy from this company
Don't buy from this company, I requested to cancel within minutes after placing order, they said order was in process and going into the truck, really? It was a Saturday night 11 pm, they don't do exchanges and product too small, I went by their size chart, can't wear and threw away a lot of money, they don't stand behind their crappy waist trainers, bad quality, hooks so small and cheap, I regret this purchase. Bad people.

They sent me the wrong item completely. Would not exchange my item for the correct one or give me a refund. All I wanted to do was exchange it and they refused. Wanted me to send picture of the wrong item they sent me. There size guide is totally wrong. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

There are some scammers and steal people's money This page is a Chinese page where they sell waist trainers
But this is my first time I buy from them
I did not know that it was a Chinese side until I had bought the item and got it sent I watched the tracking number and it ended on CN from there if I do it from China and I wrote to them that I want to Return the item they tried to say that they have written on their website you have to measure yourself before buying their goods is unfortunately I had not seen it so I did not know at all .. The first time I wrote to them, they were kind enough to answer back, they said they do not want it to be sent back and that I do not have to send the item they would probably make sure I got a 30% discount if I wanted to to buy new items where I told them that it didn’t makes sense that you do not have to return the item back to them and that I will first buy a new one when they have refunded money
When I sent the product back to them And written to tell them that the goods were returned and they never responded The amount I have paid for the goods is 401.64 kr I am writing this review so that you never ever buy goods from these people
