Have had mine for over 2 years and it works as good as it did when I first got it! Highly recommend. **date of experience is not accurate since I have had it longer than 2 years but it would let me put the date further back than 12 months so I had to pick a random date

DO NOT BUY THIS, THEY'LL NEVER REFUND YOU! Just Google Livia complaints, scam or BBB and you'll see countless stories like mine!

I returned my device, but Livia continued charging me my monthly rental fee. I emailed regularly for nearly a YEAR, then finally marked the charges fraudulent to my credit card and let them fight with Chase. Shortly thereafter, I noticed the charges started coming from a different name other than Livia, trying to sneak under the radar - truly unbelievable! Since I had proof of correspondence and promises via email that they'd cancel, my credit card honored my request to refund all the charges, but I have no doubt they're still fighting Livia.

I would avoid the monthly payment at all costs, they're crooks!

I use this for chronic pelvic pain

I use this for chronic pelvic pain, and it helps SO much! One of the only products I can use without worrying about side effects from medication, etc. Definitely recommend if you have painful periods, it helps with those too!

Amazing device for every women

Livia is amazing device that saves me every month. My cramps hurts so much that I cant even get out of my bed in the morning, but now Livia saves the day.

Broken device, useless customer service

Device broke after a handful of uses! Cannot seem to get anywhere with their customer service team. The amount of time it has taken to get through to them means my warranty has probably expired now!! Avoid buying from this company.

Faulty device after 2-3 months and ignored by customer service

Device purchased for me by partner.

I found it helpful, however it became faulty after 2-3 months. I have tried to reach out for a replacement under the warranty but have all emails get re-routed to a US customer service rep.

Frustratingly they keep telling me to reach out to Livia UK but there is no way of contacting them.

The Livia US rep cannot supply me with a contact email address which feels extremly strange. If they cannot find it, how can I?

It looks like Livia UK has shut down operations so I am out of pocket for a faulty device.

I’m very disappointed as this was an otherwise promising product which helped with excruciating period pains.

Pcos, endometriosis and other pains

I’ve had my device for a couple years. It has worked wonders for me. I have pcos, endometriosis, and painful periods. Of course I still cramp some but it helps me better than anything out there. I’ve always Facebook messaged for support and I get a response within 24 hours. I just cancelled it (having a hysterectomy) so not sure if I’ll have the other issue of it not actually cancelling, but I don’t have a negative thing to say. I’m sorry for those that hurt I wish this was easier on all of us. Dealing with pain is not easy but I do think livia is a helpful tool.

I would give 0 stars if I could

I would give 0 stars if I could! It does nothing. Just kinda distracts you from the pain for a second. Then when you try to cancel they’ll tell you it’s cancelled after a month of fighting with them but then they’ll still charge you! A bunch of crooks!!!!

Awful

First of all, they say that it's effect is cientifically proven, which is not, but as it hasn't either proven to be useless and they promised a full refund, I decided to try it. Spoiler alert: big mistake. It didn't work for me neither for my girlfriend, so I returned it and THREE months later I still don't have a refund. I've emailed them countless times and they keep saying I'm in a high priority list, but my money is still not on my account. I've contacted them by Twitter and they haven't even asked for my data, they go on with the same discourse as in their emails. I think this company is drowning because for most women their product doesn't work and they don't have the money to make the refunds.
If you're thinking about buying a Livia, I just can say DON'T DO IT.

Update: I got my refund 2 months after my original review. To get it, I emailed them every hour for several days, until they gave up.
