It is unfortunate the the scammers use other companies to "pay a delivery fee" and the payment show the the charge went to mylookbookckub.com. I never even heard of the company as of today when I saw the details on the payment charge. And I do believe it's a legitimate independent company.. I was paying for delivery fee's to a different company and how I ended up here is mind blowing.. so be careful on any other company sites that charges you for deliver fee before checking.

I had a disagreement as I struggled to find anything that suited me and being shipped to my country. But after communicating with the support team my issues where resolved. Thanks you for understanding and helping me out

Well I'm still waiting for my credit refund but they do respond immediately when emailing.

Problem solved and satisfied with the service

I was ask to rate my experience with Mylookbookclub in order to that my account would be cancelled and my money which were taken from my bank account would be return back. It is very hard to rate account in which I was never intended to join and never bought anything, I even do not know how I join it. What I know that more than 90 euros was taken to this account without my knowledge and approval. Raj from support team, kindly ask to rate the account and promise to cancel my account and give my money back. So this is my rating so far. When the job will be done from Raj perspective I will give better rating, but so far I could give just few stars just for that they email me back. Thank you and hopefully this misunderstanding will be solved.

Miss Edith, I kindly request that you contact me and refund the money that was taken from my card. So I will understand that it is an honest organization.
However, I would like to point out that I am unsure why the beanbag chair I ordered hasn't arrived.

Hi Guys, this company is SCAM. Their escalation team has offered me a refund of my money for a subscription which I didn't subscribe it in the first place. After only if I remove my trust plus review. GUYS, be aware of SCAMMER.
