The issue was not with the product, but the shipping. There were 2 international options available and the more expensive one had the product arrive in fewer days AND had insurance and tracking associated with it. I learned this because my package was given to the USPS in New York and was promptly “lost”. I contacted myloque and was told to wait and it couldn’t be tracked, so I contacted USPS and found out my $40+ in shipping was not a trackable service. I suggest the shipping page note this difference prominently for future customers. Also, an agent worked the phones hard to find my package the weekend before delivery, so thank you for that. The product is wonderful and does exactly what I needed.

The product is ok . My son bought 1and said ther were good. but feals alot heaver than mine and it looks better in the car than most other locks so I'm happy but the product could be abit heavy steal/metal

Communication was excellent and customer service was excellent too!

I ordered the colour matched bat to CUPRA copper, as well as the standard red. The colours matched perfectly, and they look like they could come with the vehicles from factory! They really do look amazing, just like you’d have no doubt seen them on social media. However, I must say that I was slightly disappointed by the feel of the bats. I think perhaps the fact that I had seen them all over Instagram on high end vehicles, my expectations were heightened and I was expecting the ‘feel’ of a high end product which sadly just isn’t the case in my opinion. That said, I have no doubt that the product will do as it’s supposed to from a security standpoint, I just perhaps felt a little disheartened by the price Vs. the ‘feel’.

Nevertheless, would recommend, as they do look mint 😁

The whole time from start to finish was excellent. I ordered the Black Baseball bat and got them to customise it with a Red ST badge which is not a standard option! They cooperated with me / supplied it and met my needs perfectly. Great company, great lock, awesome service!

I had issues with the steering lock fitting on my wheel I contacted the company they was great help and they sent me out some extra padding for the lock and it fits perfectly

Awesome product which definitely does its job of protecting your car and keeping thieves away! Plenty of personalisation choices so you will definitely find one that suits your car best. Works perfect on my LHD vehicle too.

Great looking product quick delivery which looks awesome in the car, only reason I didn't give it 5* as it could have been packaged better for delivery. Arrived with a small dent on the end with the key.
Wasn't too bad and I easily straighten it rather than the trouble of returning for a replacement.

The alarmed loque is brilliant it feels sturdy and very high quality would definitely recommend too people who want to protect their car

Company quickly resolved a small issue I had when I originally ordered had the steering look for about a year now and have no complaints at all great product

I purchased a lock from MyLoque six months ago, and while the quality is decent and the customization is a nice touch, the delivery delays were frustrating. They did try to make up for it with updates and a small gift, which was thoughtful. Overall, it's an okay product.

Think the product is a excellent idea and decent quality. However i have used the double sided pads provided and the my loque bat is still very loose on my steering wheel… still great item tho

I personally think that it’s overpriced and the quality isn’t the best so I opted for a return, the seller has been helpful and provided a return slip and I’m waiting to get refunded.
