I bought 5 jackets but the are to big…

I bought 5 jackets but the are to big and one of the jacket is already broken, so I want to return but its no label for return. I was contacting My Mall customer service last week same day i picked up the package, but they said already contacted the shop.. Until now nothing happening i not hear anything. My problem is i travel to Thailand tomorrow and the return is in 14 days. I really disappointed it is my first time with My Mall. I'll never buy again.

Worst customer experience

Worst customer experience
Would not recommend to place any order here. Got the defective desk last month and still waiting for someone to pick that up. No phone calls, and that is the email reply only:

No problems with assembly, just a numbering error on the mounting plan. It looks pretty with all my stuff on it.

Sending opt-out spam-mail.

Will send spam-mail if you are a customer. I'm not saying it is "illegal" spam, but they are still opt-out which is the definition of spam. Spam is spam. I know for a fact that I've not checked any boxes. It's 2022 and companies should not get away with this behavior, most have learned but not MyMall.

I'm dropping the score to one star since there is no option to immediately unsubscribe, but they give you and address to contact instead.

Dropping my rating from 4 to 1 again. More than two years later, without any contact, they start sending me spam again. They have kept my data for more than two years, which most likely is against GDPR. I have never consented, and I have explicitly asked to get removed from their lists. I emailed them about the new SPAM and their reply was "You can just unsubscribe by following the instructions", and this is after me explaining that it has been over two years. This is highly anti-consumer, and way too common.

Quick delivery and great service

Quick delivery, good customer service. I had a small problem with a little damage to the item but the customer service resolved it quickly. The cupboard was good for the little price. I give you guys thumbs up!

Very happy with the experience

Very happy with the experience. Got my trolley shipped very fast, and had no issues anywhere in the process - which is kinda unusual for Sweden - so well done MyMall!

Deluvery is too late

Deluvery is too late. Time,stated on site, is not true. I still didn't recieve even notification about deluvery, while the order was made more thana week ago!
