VERY BAD BUSINESS POLICY!
I ordered and paid a board in January 2016 for my daughters 30th birthday in March. The board did not arrive and have not almost 15 month later. When I went into "My Marbel" in December, it was noted that the board would arrive in January 2017. In January I went in to their site again to check for an update, this time they informed me that the board was canceled (they canceled it) and the money paid would be refunded in 8 to 12 weeks. It is in reality ok that they canceled the order, but how can they keep my money up to 3 month on an order they canceled!!
After seeing what is out there of other great boards from other companies, I regret that we shopped at Marbel Technology.
I will update when my money is refunded.
May 24 2017 - I have been emailing the company 7 times now. I had one reply from Rose who informed me, the reason why my refund did not go through was that my credit card was expired. After that email I replied back to her several times, who to contact with the new credit card number, no reply. I want my $ 1500 back now!!
Again I will update when I hear back from My Marbel.
