AVOID IN ANY COST

The worse experience you can have with shipping service. They waisting your time to argue with customers not answering the simple question about shipping time which is important to place an order. People working there are under a minimum of any customer service skills. You have impression that you have to beg for them service. AVOID IN ANU COST!!!!

Items missing, covered in mold and replaced

I shipped a parcel from Colorado, USA to Kyiv Ukraine. Upon arrival the box was not in the original shipped box, items that I did not ship were in the box, items of mine were missing, over half of the shipment was ruined by mold. This is entirely unacceptable, I spent $186 to ship these items, for half of them to be ruined, missing or entirely different altogether. I live abroad and deeply miss snacks from home, so after visiting I decided to spend some money to ship myself snacks.

Only ONE THIRD of the shipped items are salvageable. This is beyond unacceptable and I reached out to the claim department and have yet to receive a response. I reached out twice about my destroyed items. The mold alone has destroyed anything that was not in a sealed bag

Clothing: covered in mold
Pasta Salad container: opened and covered in mold
Koolaid: opened
Annies Mac N Cheese: Covered in mold x2
Kraft Mac n Cheese: Covered in mold/opened x2
Several items covered in a red goo and shards of broken glass

Missing Items:
Salsa
Several boxes of Mac N Cheese

Items added to my shipment unknown to me:
3 boxes of Sees Toffee Candy- ALL covered in mold

I would rather pay extra money and carry everything myself than deal with Meest ever again. This is the worst method that I have ever encountered. I was delighted to be able to bring a taste of home with me, and now it's all destroyed.

If I would be able to put 0 stars I would! Terrible service. I sent a package with fragile stuff and I packed everything by myself, I don’t know why but they changed my original package and put it in a paper bag so as a result it was delivered all broken. I texted the customer service for any refund or at least anything but there’s no answers from them. Never gonna use their service again.

Disgusting service

Disgusting service. On 13 August we sent very important documents from the USA to Ukraine. They promised to deliver in 2 weeks at the most.
The documents were lost. The tracker is not tracked.
Today is the beginning of October - the search has not yielded any results. Support is no longer responding at all.
No compensation or even refund of shipping costs - not received.

Worst Courier Ever

I’ve been a loyal customer of Meest Express for years, but my recent experience has been nothing short of a disaster. My parcel from the USA (tracking number CV948888114US) arrived at their sorting center on 5th September and was scheduled for delivery the next day, 6th September. I contacted customer support through Viber, and they confirmed the delivery for that date. However, after waiting the entire day, I was told the delivery would be delayed until 7th September.

What followed was constant misinformation and broken promises. For two consecutive days, I was told my parcel was out for delivery, only to find out later that the warehouse had closed, and I’d have to wait until the following Monday. Every time I contacted support, different agents gave me contradictory answers or disconnected the chat as soon as I asked why my parcel was delayed without any notification.

On Monday, 9th September, after being assured by several agents that my parcel would finally arrive, it never did. To make matters worse, no proper update was given, and the delivery was pushed back again. I've wasted countless hours waiting for this delivery, missed work, and had to chase customer support repeatedly for answers. This is not how a professional international courier should operate.

As someone who has worked with DHL, FedEx, and Nova Poshta on a weekly basis, this experience with Meest Express has been beyond frustrating. If you value your time and need reliable service, I highly recommend avoiding Meest Express. I expected much better, but instead, I was left with delays, empty promises, and a total lack of accountability.

Absolutely unacceptable.

Good experience

I've got a great price from IPS to ship a package from the USA to Germany by ship.

The package is a bit broken but every item is in good condition. It also took 2 months but I only paid $60 (withou import taxes) for a moving box which is nothing compared to DHL or UPS.

If you have no time limits, I really can recommend IPS to you.

Unpleasant experience

Unpleasant experience, my two phones has been stolen. It took me 7 months to get less than 50% money back. Do not send any expensive electronics it might be stolen by Polish customs.

Disappointed

Disappointed. They lost my package and keep throwing me from one person to another. Agent says he sent to the Warehouse… warehouse never received it. Have been trying to get some information for a month now and no answers or refund from Meest. Will not be using their services again, feels like I just wasted $.

Don’t use this service. They are scammers

I sent a parcel from Amazon to meest in Canada. The parcel was delivered on 04/22/24. It has been more than a month since there is no information about delivery in the meest system. I wrote a bunch of appeals - they are chasing me in circles. The answer is always the same - wait. Today they replied that they couldn’t find it and won’t compensate anything. I think that my parcel was simply stolen. Do not use this service. These are scammers

I THINK THIS IS THE MOST HONEST REVIEW,
My Story
We are from Italy and I went for a vacation with my girlfriend to the USA and bought some stuff that didn’t fit my luggage so of course why not ship them, we went to ups that told us through them it would have been 800$ plus tax (the things inside the package weren’t worth that much so of course no) we went through usps and they said 400/500$ to ship it, which still is unbelievable, so with some research we found this shipping company which was like just 100$ to ship it through boat and since it wasn’t something I needed right away it was fine to pay that, on the site it says it takes 4-5 weeks and it took 2months too arrive.
The customer service lied to me about tracking because two different employees gave me two different answer as far as tracking but no one was rude and actually they pick up pretty quickly without does bots that ask questions before speaking to an agent , but after two months everything finally arrived today in perfect conditions, so you get what you pay for.

Would I recommend it to somebody? Yes if it isn’t anything too valuable.
everything arrived as stated but two months with the thought of it not arriving was also stressful and annoying.

3 stars is right for my experience hopefully this review can help someone.

Lost package and will not return calls/emails

Yeah I'll add on to the terrible reviews here. I had a package shipped out of the country. The tracking never updated and it was impossible to get a response from anyone via any contact method. The package finally arrived and it wasn't even mine. Some random persons passport and other documents.. still was never able to get in contact with anyone.

This is the worst postal service ever

This is the worst postal service in all the world. My parcel got lost for weeks with 0 news, the customer service is absolutely disgusting and will not help you. All they can say is “sorry, sorry” which I couldn’t care less.

Support won't help you, but will be rude as hell

TL;DR: there is NO support, but some "persons" will bully you instead of help.

Well, i was using "mymeest" services for a while (around a year) for order shipments from the USA to Ukraine. Latest time I decided to use their "buyout" service, where they buy with their card and their account on the chosen site. I paid for these services in addition to the item cost.

Item came broken, I wrote to live-chat where received a link to "ticket creation" where I should leave my complaint. Ok, I followed the link, filled in my complaint and automatical answer said "wait for 14 working days". And here things getting funnier.
After 17 working days I politely asked, will i receive answer or not. Nothing happened. Ok, i waited TWO months in total, no response. Tried to write in the live-chat on their website again, but it is turned off now!
I wrote my story on Instagram, and added screenshots. Someone from Ukrainian unit answered me, that they asked "a boss" to answer my question eventually. Thanks to this person (i suppose) "the boss" answered me. Should I say that there was no "sorry for the late response"? Or "we are sorry to keep you waiting"? No, there was an answer done with grammatical mistakes that was blaming me, that i should have read the rules and they won't refund or do anything. And for this answer I waited for 2 month instead of 14 days as they promised?

Moreover, another person on their USA page on Instagram left me very rude message in DM.

Long story short, this company won't answer you and won't help if something happens, but this company WILL bully you in all instances instead!

And one more thing. Don't be cheap on hiring support. They are face of your company. And the face of MyMeest company is completely terrible. It's a shame.

By any means possible try to avoid this carrier!!!
The package arrived almost a MONTH late and completely destroyed!!
Service desk replies once in a week, the parcel priced over $1k delivered damaged and the delivery service and shopping assistance keep blaming each other.
