Easy to open for small kids
My son is 4 years old and ready to go to basic school. He is so happy to bring his water bottle and lunch box with his name on. Easy to open for small kids.

Horrible customer service
I made a mistake on one of two mymepal boxes I ordered. I immediately realized it after payment and wrote to the contact mymepal email address explaining the mistake I had made and requesting either the order be canceled so I could reorder or that the mistake (an error in the size of an image) be corrected for me prior to production. It was 9pm at night. The next morning at 9am - I emailed again (2x) and called. After several attempts I finally got through to someone in customer service and explained that I had sent three emails already and wanted to make sure the image was corrected. The lady said she would follow up (since she acknowledged that I had written to the right address immediately) and would email me with a "solution". Despite several follow up emails and calls - I did not get a response and the following day the box arrived (with the image mistaken). On the plus side - their production is fast. On the negative their customer service is horrible and an easily fixable mistake was ignored, so my son was very disappointed. I will not purchase from them again and do not recommend them.

Incredible quality and superb prints!
I was familier with the quality of Mepal but searching the web I stumbled on MyMepal where you could personalise Mepal goodies. As my Kid many times came home from school with something missing in his back pack and the search who had his stuff, this was the solution! And it came with incredible quality and superb prints! I also love the fact that you can put all of it in the dishwasher with no worries! Nothing but love!
