Not great place if your under 30 geared for older students only

I never write reviews but I need to let people know what a lying, scamming , deceitful company this is .
I ordered a levitating moon lamp for xmas for my partner. It didn’t arrive till January, and make matters worse it didn’t light up. After contacting customer service and sending videos, they promised to send replacement. After months of emails and there lies I decided to contact the bank as enough was enough, the bank managed to get my money back.
Then Byron straight on the phone wondering why I contacted bank as was damaging for the company, full of apologies and promised to send out new one if I would drop the bank charges. Stupidly I did so as my partner loved the concept of light. New one arrived month later but this time light worked but didn’t spin. Again after a lot of emails and broken promises , ridiculous excuses, they stopped replying and now stuck with two lamps which are faulty and dangerous.
Contacted trading standards who are now on the case and they inform me that there has been a lot of complaints about My Metanoia.
Do yourself a favour and stay away from My Metanoia and get your lamp from someone with good reviews, as there is a lot against my Metanoia saying the same thing that I am .UK trading standards are on to them.

I freakin' love this store! My Metanoia sells super sweet products at more than fair prices. Their customer service is out of this world...just like the levitating moon that I absolutely adore. If you want to spoil yourself silly or give the give of awesomeness...be the coolest kid in school & order some spiritual schwag. Do it now. You won't regret it!

I'll just say this... I don't leave reviews very often, but for this purchase, I had to! I got the Levitating Moon and it's pretty much the coolest thing I've ever owned. It came just like expected and we love it! Everyone that comes over and sees it loves it too. I keep telling them about My Metanoia... I can't get enough of this store! I have the Jupiter Night Lamp on it's way for my son. I can't recommend My Metanioia enough!

Ordered a moon lamp for my mother Christmas, there were delays in shipping, however Byron was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure my order arrived in time for Christmas. Very impressed with the Moon and my mother loves it!

I tried to buy a moon lamp for my mother for Christmas.
I placed my order in the first week of December and the product didn't show up until after Christmas despite saying it would arrive in less than two weeks. Then, when the product did arrive it was completely inoperable, the charging port was not the port it says it was, hell it wouldn't even light up. When I contacted customer support they asked me for a video demonstrating the problems and I sent them a video demonstrating those problems multiple times. They told me I didn't send them a video. I can see the video attachment quite clearly in my emails so either they're blatantly incompetent or scam artists.
Don't listen to the positive reviews, they're most likely made by the owners to give you a false sense of security.
Avoid at all costs.

Edit: As of the 13th I've received a reply from the company! Let's talk about how they've lied in their reply. They say that my video was too large for my email provider. Sadly Gmail allows you to attach a file as large as 25 mb to your email and I specifically compressed my video to be under that threshold, so now it sits at 14 mb.
Now, they also said they tried to inform me my file size was too big. This is also completely false. Since I first sent the video to them I received a total of two emails from them. One simply informing me that there was no video attached to my email, which is false, and another in a reply to an email in which I said I would try to attach the video again, I successfully did, where all they said was "this is noted.". Since then I have not received any word from them. I specifically asked them later if there was any other method we could try and they gave me no response. They have been completely dark outside of the reply they have given to me on here for over a week now.

Overpriced products that are actually worth 30$ selling for 200 plus. My order was sent late and got lost and I never got a refund.

Bought a levitating moon, was delivered quickly with no hassles, quality is amazing. Very happy!

Not sure about the negative reviews but I have only had great service from mymetanoia.co. I ordered a levitating jupiter moon and my experience was great, ordering is easy and when I contacted their support I got a quick reply.

The only reason I gave 4 stars was that the instructions (although easy to figure out) weren't the greatest. Overall, a great experience and will defo be buying again.

Great store. Really fast shipping and the product received was awesome.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU! to MyMetanoia. They have been great with their support. I had an unfortunate event whereby the couriers lost my package which was not in the hands of MyMetanoia.

I contacted MyMetanoia's customer service and they resent me my package at no additional cost and within 2 days, it was off again to me.

I received the package within the time they specified and I just love my new moon that I received.

Thank you for your time and effort in helping me when a lot of other companies don't have your level of service.

I have had a great experience shopping on MyMetanoia. Great products at great prices and the customer support is excellent. I have bought a number of products and this certainly won’t be my last purchase!

The product delivered was good. However, the service was really poor. It took a month to be delivered and there was no proper channel of customer support to know what was going on.
It was for a friend's birthday and the gift was delayed by a month when the website said 'delivered within 3-5 days after shipment'. In that case, the shipment took for ever and no update was given. The service wasn't prompt at all. I tried all the possible ways of getting in touch with the support team, but was really hard. I began to think if MyMetanoia was even legit.
And after the lamp was finally delivered, I got a response on all the mediums (fb, messenger, email) the very next day saying it has been delivered. Really? where were these responses when I was chasing them for a month?! Although the product was satisfactory, I honestly WOULD NOT RECOMMEND it to anyone.

BEWARE OF THIS SITE! Ordered moon lamp from the beginning of February, they said: __It generally takes 1 working day to process an order and ship it out, and Orders typically arrive within 3 - 5 working days once shipped out— it’s about one month now, no shipment and they finally answer that they cannot cancel the order!
