Very annoyed trying to get help from one person so I don't have to explain myself to different people including my circumstances can't keep waiting 2 weeks for help

I have been working with my psychologist for a few sessions now, and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for her guidance. From the start, I felt completely at ease with her and every session has been incredibly helpful. She has a wonderful ability to listen deeply and offer practical tools and strategies that I can use in my everyday life.

What I appreciate most is how she creates such a warm, non-judgmental space, which allows me to feel safe in discussing even the most difficult topics. She has helped me gain new insights into myself and my relationships, and I always leave our sessions feeling understood and empowered.

My Mirror has been pretty easy to use, quick turn around on receipts etc so I can claim my medicare rebate. Really love my psych and find it pretty easy to connect via webcam which I was unsure about initially.

My Mirror is so easy and convenient to use. I was able to access a wonderful psychologist, and with the calendar view option I can make appointments that fit in with my schedule.

The whole website is excellently designed and implemented. There are plenty of psychologists to choose from. I like reminder text messages and emails. Filling in psychological surveys before each session is very easy. Payment is done automatically, I receive the invoice and a receipt easily in my email inbox.

Everything has been a positive experience using my mirror thank you. So many therapists to choose from with quite a few different time slots. I am extremely happy with the psychologist I'm seeing (Mark). The whole process has been easy and so nice to chat from the comfort of my own home. We have twin toddlers and not easy organising appointments around them at the best of times so thank you for having this platform to make it easier to make my mental health a priority.
