Too complicated for me
Too complicated for me, and I still don't have my card.I guess I am not computer proficient enough. I don't know how long it may take. I am not sure what to do, so I will wait another week and see if this resolves itself. I hope I get my card after over $100 in charge

Site is awkward to use
Site is awkward to use. When doc called, volume on my phone was max, but I could barely hear him. Chat was cut off. Immediatly rreceived msg that visit was completed. No response to concerns til I requested refund.

Excellent service and experience
This was a new provider for me. The website was so well structured. Every question was clear and I was impressed at how thorough the file they compile is. Made me trust them immediately. My interview with their physician was concise and comprehensive. Smart person. I requested a card as I wil be travelling and need it to show it was medically approved which is acceptable in Australia. All and all an excellent experience. I have now switched permanently to My MMJ Doctor.
