Sent wrong battery

Very nice to upgrade the battery,because the one I ordered was out of stock even though the website said it was in stock sadly it didn't fit and then they couldn't supply another one ,forcing me to look elsewhere now I have to return the battery and wait for refund, not sure if i'll use this company again, they should have known the battery wouldn't fit its make/model specific.

Ordered a battery just to be told there…

Ordered a battery just to be told there is none in stock so they would send a equivalent which turned out to be a completely different battery that didn't fit my car and it was also damaged, now pushing for a refund which seems to be quite a task considering this is their error. I would/will not be ordered off this site again.

New wipers…no show…

Despite paying for “Express delivery” I have been waiting 5 days plus for my replacement wipers. Now raining and old wipers destroyed when auto wipers kicked in during the frost last week. Sold as 1-2 days from order. 15 miles from my nearest auto factors. Desperately poor service…..

The thing I dislike the most is a courier decided to deliver my parcel somewhere else so with this experience, not very happy

Easy to navigate website

Easy to navigate website, prices are very reasonable, quick delivery.
I have used other car part companies and quite often the incorrect part or a part not suitable for my car was sent - I am very pleased to say this has not been the case with my motor world.

Next day delivery turned into 3days and…

Next day delivery turned into 3days and then they delivered 2 new car batteries instead of 1.
Every time you message them you get what appears to be an AI response and the track my parcel app doesn't work.

Disgusting customer service

I typed in my car registration? To match the product I need to the car. It’s given me the wrong item which clearly know nothing about hence why I used their service. To be met with broken english, repeating what I’ve said. To then give me attitude because they couldn’t solve my issue. Remi, needs a few English classes and to be taught not to give attitude to customers.

In this case, the part you ordered (BOS1457433585) is not compatible with your vehicle, which is why we could not offer a direct exchange. Our team followed our standard returns procedure, and we provided you with a Returns Authorisation Number so the item can be returned for a full refund.

We do take all customer feedback seriously. However, abusive language and personal attacks toward our team are not acceptable, and we cannot tolerate them. We always aim to assist with returns and replacements in a professional manner.

If you choose to return the item, we’ll process your refund promptly once it arrives at our warehouse.

Would have been 5 star but sadly My Motor World use EVRi as their courier and they are the worst, most unreliable courier in the country.
I have no problem with the service from My Motor World, just the delivery company and the lies/excuses as to why the can’t deliver..

Customer service is rubbish....

Customer service is rubbish....
1. Paid for next day DHL delivery...waited until 16.50 and no delivery.
2. Tried to phone...not answering the phone
3. Tried to send a message/web form....took 3 attempts as site is a bit rubbish.
Still awaiting a reply...Awful service...
It may be a little dearer, but you'll save time (and hence money) by buying elsewhere.
