With ultrasound diagnosis of the problem I was advised I need not have a double shoulder injection - no pressure selling - but I opted for both with pain in each.
Four tiny little pricks as the numbing agent was injected before cortisone being injected guided by ultrasound.

A painful 5 month wait on NHS versus a few days wait for an appointment at MyMSK. No contest.
1 week later and my pain is 90% less - what a relief after 3 months being messed about by doctors.
