They cancelled the 'everybody' range…
They cancelled the 'everybody' range with 4 days notice via text stating if your next order contained those meals it wouldn't be processed. They didn't replace this range with anything else so now it is just high protein or low calorie options. Unfortunately this meant I had to cancel my subscription which was a shame as they were such great value and convenience

Consistently poor delivery experience, website a bit glitchy
Had trouble updating my order on the website, so I had to abandon my efforts.
Delivery service is POOR. For anyone needing to have meals delivered, all suppliers use HDS so it's all bad news. They won't bring my boxes upstairs. I have arthritis and if I could carry heavy items or make my own meals, I wouldn't need to have meals delivered! HDS falsely represent their user reviews on their website, they claim 4 stars, but Google reviews give them one star.
