This app is great

This app is great! It tracks all your meals, vitamins, etc. It gives a great understanding of how many calories are being taken in, making aware of the intake.

Genuinely feels like the creators care about People

I really appreciate that there’s a free version. I know that’s taboo and I’m sorry but feels like everything costs so much… this is a Great app that offers a lot of options combining everything I was looking for: tracking calories, nutritional information, ability to detract calories burned, copy and paste feature, weight loss plans with dates to work toward, and friendly user interface. Plus the community aspect!! which I think I would benefit from, and it’s inspiring to see what others are doing. I was loathe to try a different app than the one I was using but this has exceeded my expectations.

I wish the app had better tracking for…

I wish the app had better tracking for higher protein lower carbs while on glp1. I like protein and I eat a lot of it but it counts also fat content. It would be nice if it it maybe broke down. Good carbs versus bad carbs. Or maybe I just don't know how to use the app lol

Consistent approach use great for accountability

I used MyNetDiary 3 years ago to help track meals and hold myself accountable to food portioning through calorie counting and tracking macros I consume. Overall, I was able to create a good eating habit and even learned to do meal prep. I lost nearly 10kg.
I have recently decided to do strength training and build some muscle around these old bones of mine. Tracking my food on this app had been helpful previously and now I'll give it another go.
I do like that I can scan the bar code of most any food item bought from the grocery and it pops up with the macros. Some restaurant meals need adjusting but that's fine as I can tweak it myself. Being able to customise my meals on the free version is what got me to use this app again.
This time around I am exploring the Community that is available on the app. There are many scammers and non-genuine users, but you get that in ALL social apps these days. For genuine users, I think it's still quite helpful to be able to share each others' journeys and maybe learn something different along the way.

I actually love it

I actually love it! It holds me accountable for everything I eat. The only thing that could be improved is a place to write in any circumstances that might affect activity level, why we look for certain foods, etc. I had a spinal fusion from my neck to my butt with a lot of hardware put in. It effects my mobility and why I look for high protein foods.

I like it

I like it. It works well has a lot of entries and doesn’t charge for the bar code scanner. There have been other apps that began charging for bar code scanners and I’ve deleted them. I’m grateful that this one does not.

I love this app

I love this app. It is so easy to use I've used it three times while I've been dieting and all your times I lost weight. Couldn't be any easier. And what I can't figure out Google knows.

Useful - lots of metrics and fun colors

I really like the app: colorful and has a million food details. But I'm still learning how to use some of the tracking options, such as exercise. I don't like the way you track water consumption -- it's a good motivator/reminder, but the time line throws me (o haven't bothered).

My experience with MyNetDiary

It's easy to log the foods and create custom foods for yourself and others. Even without premium you can see pretty important nutrients that can help your journey. Overall it's nicely designed but sadly a lot of things require premium.

Best APP for Me!

I started the free version of this app years ago. I went back to it and paid. I will not stop this time. I like that it holds me accountable to what I eat, my weight and how much water I drink. This works for me and I love it. I have lost more than 20 pounds because of this app along with walking!

Tracking and goals

It’s so nice not to have to keep track of calories myself, other than tracking my food. It’s taught me so much about how I get myself into the mode of storing fat because I didn’t eat enough. This made no sense to me. Now I just eat the calories allotted for the day and I’m losing the weight I never could on my own

The free barcode scanner is the main…

The free barcode scanner is the main reason why I switched over to using this platform over myfitnesspal and quickly learned that there were many features that made this app an easier experience for me. The ability to quickly curate your own recipes and the app app automatically totals the amount of grams per serving. The ease that comes with updating outdated nutrition information. The reminders to track aren’t too pushy either l. I also appreciate the little message of encouragement you receive when you start another day off extending your streak of tracking. I haven’t had any major issues with this platform.

I have used MND for 55 months

I have used MND for 55 months, it has helped me track my food and keep me focused. I am now using Zepbound, tracking protein, fiber and water is essential for success. The only thing I am having a little trouble with is portioning and MND is helping with that.
