Ninja was working well for me however the update will not finish and therefore I have been unable to use Ninja at all this last week

Almost 5 stars! The customer service is top notch, when I report a problem they actually work on a solution and email back to ask if it is resolved for you. That is fantastic. The voice mode integrates with text mode, a huge plus as I need to toggle btwn copying/pasting inputs with my thoughts (that I prefer to speak aloud). The only downsides thus far- often slow thinking time, and trainability is lacking. I even had it write me the prompt for itself, to help itself remember the specific format I need my work reports in. Sometimes (not all the time) even when reminded of the formatting it will go awry. I get my guidelines are highly specific (alphabetize this part, but the next part keep in the order presented, for example), but it just can't seem to keep those instructions straight. I am hopeful I can change this review to 5 stars soon as AI continues to develop itself.

As a building inspector, I used to spend hours typing up inspection reports. I started implementing AI into my reports, which has halved my report prep time. I was going to subscribe to ChatGPT, but their prices were unreasonable for the volume of work I do. I found Ninja AI. At first there were hicups with voice mode, it kept cutting me off mid-dictation. However, the guys at Ninja AI were very quick to address the issues I would report. After a few back-and-forths and a few subsequent updates, the system now works perfectly! Not only does it provide an extraordinary amount of technical detail to my reports, but it can decipher what I'm trying to convey even when I'm tired and the input I give it is somewhat eratic. I no longer have to come up with the narrative myself, I just tell the AI roughly what the issue is and it prepares a full detailed narrative, including all the technical theory and suggestive corrective measures. Great job guys, thank you for the amazing support!

I am happy with the complementary and collaborative writing that Ninja has provided. It corrects and follows any and all of my writing suggestions. I am still in the learning and exploring stages. I am also enjoying and exploring other AI apps as well.

What I love about this platform is that it's geared to coding and, for my needs, it outperforms the bigger LLMs out there in terms of concise, practical code.

I really love that I can leave the tedium of code-generation to the model and instead work with its output and massage it to suit my needs. It's quick (though does bog down at times) and accurate.

I've heard people complain that using tools like this is cheating -- however, aren't we already using code-completion IDEs? If that idiom were true, we all should still be coding in assembler.

I love how responsive the team is to my requests. They had removed a feature that I used regularly, and when I submitted a ticket asking them to add it back in they did within 24 hours. I'm so grateful and highly recommend this software!

I’ve used GPT-4o both here on Ninja and on OpenAI’s own platform , and honestly? The difference is night and day. Even when I select the same model, Ninja’s version underperforms. It struggles especially with coding tasks — I asked for a basic admin panel in PHP, and while it tried, the output had multiple errors. When I asked Ninja AI to fix them, it couldn’t figure it out. I had to debug everything myself.
I don’t understand what’s happening under the hood, but the same prompts perform better and faster on ChatGPT directly. I really wanted to like this platform, but for now it’s just not reliable enough for technical work.

So GPT 4o is better on the OpenAI platform (chatgpt.com) than here at Ninja, I don't know how, because I select the model there and it's still better at Chatgpt, and when it comes to programming, they just say it's not very good at Ninja, I tell them to make an admin panel with functions in PHP and they do it, but it gives errors and they don't know how to solve them, I still have to solve them.

The worst AI I've used. Slow doesn't cover it. It types out one letter at a time while you sit there waiting. NO ability to remember you, so every chat is like talking to someone you've never met. Which discourages you from making new chats so the chats get long and what happens? Horrendous lag - which is the AI system itself, not a browser problem. I tried Brave, Chrome, Edge and Firefox. ALL lagged horribly with the same long chat.

Terrible interface. Annoying, constant rating system under every answer and useless "related questions" too.

TERRIBLE image generation. Just TERRIBLE.

And it argues with you. I told it the image I just made was terrible. It told me it didn't make an image. I told it I didn't say it did. It goes back to, "I didn't make you an image".

Tell it it's lagging. It's response: "No I'm not". The first chat I saved I entitled "Argumentative HAL".

It's just AWFUL.

Give me back my $15.00.

The only problem or issue that I have is the lag of time between a questions and the reply. A small reply from me like a yes or a small questions, then Ninja AI goes into thinking, then goes into writings, then it is supposed to print what Ninja answer or reply but it goes dormant, I have to refresh the page then I get the answer. and the process keeps doing the same thing all the time. My ChatGPT does not do that matter of fact it is really fast. Unfortunately ChatGPT started to make to many mistakes. That I had to close my account and I found yours.
