Customer service turns any situation around 🌟
Update:
The customer service reached out, fixed everything and even sent me a free gift. They made sure to followup multiple times until I was happy 😊

I got one coin last year on my own will. Then they called me and tried to upsell me another. I declined. Then I started receiving coins randomly in my mail without ordering them. Coins and fakturas. I called them to stop and they told me I will receive a return envelope but guess what I got instead? Another coin and faktura reminders. I have not ordered them, and I am getting fakturas on my name.
