Myonlineca has done wonderful job for me and I look forward to work with them in the future. I had applied for Udyog Aadhar and GST Registration for which I was supposed to wait for 7 days but to my great surprise, I got my both registration done with in just 5 days. b) All the Professional Service Provider Charge the Professional Fee which is include the package.
c) We alway transparent about our pricing. You can simply check on our web portal or check your first proposal email or invoice receipt where its clearly mentioned i.e its a Professional Fee inclusive of the taxes.
c) We always assign a dedicated team member with the contact details after the payment, so there is no common Support number on our web portal.

Dear Client@ Let us know your Registered Email id with us. We will track and issue the refund on the same as per our Policy. We already mentioned on our platform i.e its a Professional Fee to charge by platform to fillup your application by legal expert, even its also include the legal agreement & msme databank submission for the same. similarly Govt services like GST Registration, udyog aadhar have no charges but professional charges applicable when you take the service from any portal. Just Let us know your email id at mail@myonlineca.in

Sent them an email to register a startup.
Received a reply - a detailed one from Mahima.
I asked a few questions and they vanished. There was a WhatsApp number in the initial email. When I sent them the WhatsApp - they did not bother to check for quite a few days.
After repeated reminders, Ankush replied - ignoring the three main points and answering the fourth point in one sentence. Looks like an email written in rush.
So much for a professional looking company who is not interested in additional business in these troubled times.
