Ordered an "instant delivery" EU smurf account, received an order has been recieved email with no account details. Owner didn't accept discord friend request and I haven't received the account yet.
Live chat carried me and was responsive and helpful with getting logged in
I brought an account from them 2 months ago for $56 they gave the wrong rank account by alot of ranks twice, with day of delay between, they then said they have the account im asking for, i said ok, after 2 weeks of no communication i asked for a refund, its been a month and nothing, no account or money, even if i get my money back they offered a tiny discount on my next purchase haha, there are better services to chose from this one is just lazy.
nice live support though quick responses, it is a failure of the company and admin not the support. They had the cheek to ask for 5 stars from trust pilot every time they responded, what a joke im only writing this because they asked to give a 5 stars after not helping or compensating for their own mistakes.
