We found My Ozeshop about a year ago. We made a purchase and recieved it without any worry. The item has worked daily with out any trouble. As soon as we needed to add to this item we went straight back to My Ozeshop and got the same 100% service. We fully reccomend this service.

We bought a Centaurus pump off this company on 30 July 2020, on 26 July 2020, the pump failed, which was just within its advertised, promised 12 month warranty. I have tried to contact this company by phone on 5-6 occasions however the number just goes to an answering service that passes on your messages and I have not received any response. I have explained that we are on tank water and that we have no water to our home however that has not helped, still no response. I then received an email that they have sent out a new seal, this is without examining the pump! I have explained that I do not know how to fix a pump and requested they repair or replace, still with no response despite lots of calls and emails. DONT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS

You were sent x2 new seals the morning that we received your first email.
Sending the seals is the quickest way to get you supplied with water. Otherwise you need to return the pump to be serviced (like taking it physically back to the store where you purchased it). This adds 2-3 weeks of you having no pump.
Consumer law and our returns policy clearly outlines that you need to return the product. You cannot expect a retailer to send a new product when the fix is a $5 seal.
We sincerely hope that you have a back up while your pump is returned for service.
