Excellent professional online professional service

Being able to arrange an online consultation at a time that suited me without having to travel from my remote home made the experience easy and convenient. Process was smooth and efficient and excellent communications kept me informed, reminded to submit forms and attend the consultation. Assessment was professional and efficient and I await the report which will undoubtedly arrive on time as promised. I can confidently recommend this company.

Absolutely amazing!! I cannot recommend MyPace enough!

I was diagnosed with ADHD a few years ago through Psych UK and had been settled on medication, which made a huge positive difference to my life. Unfortunately I had to pause taking it in late last year due to some health-related issues.

Once I was cleared by a cardiologist to restart treatment my GP contacted Psych UK for an appointment to restart titration, which was booked for June 2025. During that appointment I was advised I could restart medication and was told I would get another appointment to begin re-titration, which I was later informed would be in August. Unfortunately, this appointment was cancelled a few days before it was due, and I was told it had been booked in error. I was then informed that I would have to wait for a new titration appointment, with a wait time of around 11 to 12 months.

I started doing some research to see what I could do in the meantime, as I was really struggling mentally due to being unmedicated which caused an increase in ADHD symptoms. I began looking through the many alternative services, one off them being MyPace. The website was clear, transparent about pricing, and easy to understand so I contacted the support team with a question about whether I would need a full reassessment, and they replied quickly, reassuring me that my existing diagnosis could be re-confirmed.

To my surprise, I was able to book an appointment the same week with Dr Roshan Jain, who has been fantastic. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. He explained my options clearly and discussed how to approach shared care with my GP. Within two months I had been through titration and I was back on my medication with regular follow-up and excellent support from the MyPace team.

I am now waiting for my GP to confirm whether they will accept the shared care agreement, but even if they refuse it Dr Jain has already explained the next steps (so I won't have to stop medication again!) so I am not stressing about it.

I honestly cannot recommend MyPace enough. The whole process has been smooth, supportive, and completed in just two months, which is a huge contrast to the year-long wait with Psych UK.

Dr Roshan Jain made the entire experience straightforward and stress-free, and he is an absolute credit to both MyPace and the psychiatry profession.

Diagnosis was swift.

Diagnosis was swift.

After a 3yr wait for the NHS, knowing I could be seen within a week of booking took the frustration away. The doctor was understanding and so knowledgeable. I was diagnosed with ADHD and given the closure that I needed. Now, I can begin treatment and healing.

Fatema from the clinical team was super helpful!

The MyPace team was wonderful on diagnosing me and providing the medication.

At a later point, there was a lack of communication and transparency regarding my prescription.

However I'm leaving this review because of how helpful Fatema from the clinical team was - I was really frustrated about the issue, but she called me and solved the problem super efficiently.

First off, I'm really sorry for not replying to the reminder emails for a review. It was all a bit too soon to talk about publicly, but I get that it's important for you guys.

Right, I'll get to it. THANK YOU.

Honestly, if you're worried this place is a scam, dodgy, or hiding something – trust me, I had those exact same doubts and hesitations. I couldn't have been more wrong.

The competitive price (a solid 5/5) isn't even their only strong point. The interaction with them is brilliant – they reply to messages so quickly and everything is really professional. I got my medication incredibly fast. From my last consultation to it arriving was only 4 or 5 days, and they quote you around 14, so it's a really nice surprise.

Just to be totally straight, I'm right at the start of my ADHD treatment, so I can't yet say if it's going to help me long-term. But if I can help someone else by sharing this – and that someone is you or someone you care about – then I wanted to post this to point you to this clinic as a safe and much more affordable alternative to the bigger names where the waiting lists are ages long.

Don't look at the lower price and think lower quality. It's a business at the end of the day; the ones who spend loads on ads are the most expensive, that's just how it works. This place is the real deal. You will save a significant amount of money and you won't be disappointed. You've found a proper bargain here!

I recommend it to anyone seeking an ADHD diagnosis and treatment. It's faster (you wait days for an appointment, not months), it's cheaper, and it's a GOOD choice. You'll save time, money, and a lot of stress.

My total cost for everything (diagnosis, video consultation, and prescription) came to a complete price of £635. The whole process from first contact and paying for the online assessment to today has been just 5 weeks and ALL DONE (incl medication delivered to your doorstep. )

I genuinely, honestly recommend them and I really hope your experience is as good as mine has been so far.

If you can spare a few minutes to leave an honest review, please do it. Remember, a lot of people simply can't afford this therapy elsewhere – the prices out there are mad, honestly, and usually way higher than here. Your review could really help someone else make a decision, just like this one might help you. You could change someone's life. Just do it when you get a moment.

Thanks for reading this essay! I hope I finally get this sorted, and I wish the same for all of you who made it to the end of this!

And a quick message to the clinic: Please, please stick with your current pricing. If you keep things as they are, you'll do really well. It's really great what you're doing. Be good to people, and they'll be good to you.

Highly Recommended

Overall a fantastic experience, lots of information beforehand on their website, and a clear pricing model, should a diagnosis be given. Dr Kamila Haider was fantastic, very thorough, approachable and supportive. I was nervous beforehand, but the Dr soon made me feel at ease. She listened to me at all points, made copious notes and there was always opportunities for questions. I am very grateful for the Dr’s time and the team at MYPACE.

Professional service and easy to book

The booking process was straightforward. All relevant information was sent before the appointment - simple to complete the forms required for assessment. The practitioner, Dr Haider, was very professional and friendly, taking me through the diagnostic process, making sure she got a thorough background of my experiences, and I felt listened to and understood. I expect to receive the diagnosis report soon, and will arrange treatment via MyPace. It’s unfortunate so many NHS services have been cut, but I am glad MyPace exists - it is a lifeline for anyone struggling to manage symptoms of ADHD. My experience so far has been good.
