On our correspondance we have apologised for the error and have advised that there was an error in production. As discussed we are sending a replacement.
I paid for next day delivery due to it being a birthday present, several days later called said I paid for next day where is it? Wasn’t until I called that I actually got my order. If I hadn’t called, no notification that it’s on way etc.
Product perfect and happy with!
No apology, no offer of refund for delivery cost I paid. Nothing. Love the product but I will go elsewhere in future. Sorry guys

I have checked your order. We received an email asking about the order, which we replied to, but no telephone call. You paid for next day delivery but on this particular product it does state on your confirmation that it reduces the lead time by 1 day and will be sent on next day delivery the day that it goes out. We updated the order once dispatched but the email may have gone into your junk folder.
Not as advertised this company is trading under my pampered pet when it is in fact part of in crystals Ltd asked for laser 3D to be in landscape arrived in portrait and pretty poor quality. Buyers beware

I ordered a personalised dog bowl for my mother in law’s treasured pet for Xmas. The order was easy to place and I received regular communication on order progress/delivery. Arrived after only a few days and it is lovely quality, better than expected. I know my MIL will love it!
The gift arrived beautifully packaged and the recipient was delighted with it. It went to a Youtube star called Sherpa that I follow and you can see his and his owners reaction about 22mins into the video on "Sherpas day" of the 4th October called - Sherpa has more Birthday Gifts than i ever have!
