This is a scam. Payments are going off on my account that I did not agree to. I have ended my services yet the payments keep on going off!

Friendly and helpful

My experience with the team of mypartyjoy is very great, as they help customers. I was happy when got an email that my case updated and compensation Approved. I look forward to their wonderful services.

It is very much professional from your side the little time of responding to me and my issue, and I do recognize that in you. I would like to make clear though, that I never purchased any products from your store, I made a singe 2 euro payment to participate in a contest, nothing more. Therefore you can change the way that you enlist people in your monthly payments, thanks for contacting me once again.

I cant even rate them 1 star. I cancelled my membership and they acknowledge the cancellation and deduct money after acknowledgement. I asked them for a refund and had to do a rewiev first. I did just that and they said refund will be in 7 to 10 working days. Its now 16 days and still no refund. Is this really how this company's customer relations are? I wouldn't do any business with them at all. They are just a bunch of scammers. I dont even get replies on my query at all, I am just been ignored. Now they responds everytime but still no full refund after I have send the 1000's of emails with the proof of the date of cancellation. I will not take down this review because they are incompatent of doing their jobs properly.

I was charged 7€ from this site, I told them that the charge was unauthorized and asked to cancel the subscription. But they didn't return it to me.

I am really thankyou for your corporation. By mistake I took the membership and my money was deduct I was so worried but thankful to the Kal he helped me through his time.
