Hot Springs Passport Center

Everyone from the security guards at the entrance to the clerks processing my passport were a class act respecting my emergency and helping to assure my passport would be processed at the Hot Springs location!!! One of the best experiences ever!!!

Never received my pdf

Never received my pdf, never received an email with log in instructions even after requesting it multiple times. Never received anything. I want my money back immediately and I will be contacting the BBB.

BEWARE

BEWARE! DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE. I completed the form through this site and paid $148 to renew my passport only to figure out that I was not paying to renew my passport - I was just completing the form that is FREE on the official government website. I should have known better but was misled. I reached out to dispute and also requested them delete my account and data but have received no reply. Fortunately, my credit card refunded my charges. This is a pointless site that just takes your money.
