I purchased a pee pad on sale to try it out $50. They turned around a month later and charged me an additional $60 and said I signed up for a subscription. I played nice, maybe an oversight on my part. I told them to cancel whatever I signed up for, thought it was a done deal. A month later, same $60 charge. Now I’m getting a new card.

I bought a reusable prepaid from a company called My Nova paw in February and paid almost $50 for it which already is an outrageous amount. In March, A $59.99 charge was posted in my account which I did not notice. Today, checking my account only, I noticed that I had another $59.99 charge to n my account. I called them and they said that I had a membership with them which was absolutely not clear I was signing up for it in my checkout! They only refunded me 50% of what they are charging me this month and do not refund what they withdrew in February!! This is an absolute scam!!! I ended up paying $135 for a pee pad!!! Bad company!!

It has been nearly 4 months still waiting on my order or refund? Not answering any of my emails?

Do not use this Company! I ordered a product that never arrived and even after multiple emails I never received the product nor did they put my money back into my account. To start with they responded to my emails but then stopped communicating all together. Avoid ordering from them.

Absolutely terrible. Ordered on the 9th of December. Saw Amber Davies do an ad for them and thought it was legit. My granny gets numb feet from chemo so thought it was perfect. Never arrived and no response to emails. Very frustrating. First and last time I’ll order something flogged by an influencer!

As everyone else who has reviewed, I placed an order 5th December. It now says delivered which it has not been and the email address does not work to contact them!

Bought one on 5th December, tried multiple times to contact them and no response. Now says it has been delivered which it definitely has not. Thieves...

Beware....My son bought two for Christmas due to You Tube influencers.Never received although it says it has. Email basically a joke and if you check the address on Google maps you,ll see why. Can not understand how trustpilot can entertain people like this........

Scam, same as the rest below showing as delivered when the item is nowhere to be seen.

Fraudulent company. I ordered at the start of December like every other revues Ive had the same problems. The refund email doesn't work, my order says delivered but hasn't arrived and they don't reply to emails.

The fact that love island Celebrity like Amber Davis had promoted this, i was stupid enough to think it was a genuine ad. I placed my order on the 5th december, i still haven't got anything and now it says it has been delivered!!! what a load of bloody bullshxt, i spent more 100+ for my friends but i feel robbed. What a disgraceful. We need to report this to a fraud company and demolish this vile people. I hope they rot in hell for scamming so many people

I made an order on 5 December and it has not arrived. The website states it has been "delivered" and the email for a refund does not exist. Would recommend to avoid this company.

I placed an order on the 5th Dec...and no item! This was meant to be a Christmas present for my mum so I'm gutted! Company have ignored my emails. Please don't be conned by this awful company!

Same as a lot of people, placed my order on 4th Dec and it didn’t arrive in time for Christmas. I emailed a week before Christmas to check it would be here and I got an email assuring me my order had been dispatched. I asked for a refund on the 31st of December as it clearly had not been dispatched and if the company was legit they would not lie to their customers. Product never arrive and still haven’t received my refund - I will be taking this further as should everyone else who has experienced the same.

DON’T USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered a item on December 7th! Still nothing! I have emailed and emailed lots of times to then be told I will receive a refund in 10 day! Still nothing! It’s excuse after excuse and very poor communication.
STAY AWAY! and MyPaw don’t reply with the lame excuse about your emails.
Your a FRAUD! Company who don’t deserve custom.

Ordered something on the 5th December, heard nothing since, and absolutely no way of contacting this rubbish company! Please don't reply to this saying 'your email was inactive' and now works, because it DOES NOT! This was suppose to be a christmas present, but have had to order from somewhere else, highly doubt i'll ever get a refund!

Update to this at 12th Jan - still no product or refund, what a waste of money, AWFUL company.

Like so many people finding this company impossible to contact. Placed order on 5th Dec and website just says item been shipped but receive no updates as to if actually on the way. Like many I have sent numerous emails requesting details are updated and hear nothing. Website is poor for 'track your order' as it just says it's been shipped.
Update since reply below - I have emailed many times, still nothing!
