I was sent reminders to submit timesheets and payments were done promptly.

I have been with many umbrella companies professing to be HMRC compliant to later find that they were not HMRC compliant. MYPAY actually does what they say they will be doing and they do it seamlessly with due care and attention. I’ve been very satisfied with their service they’ve provided to me and will return to them in due course.

A very client focused company, 5 star customer service for clients. Anytime an issue has cropped up someone is at the other end of the phone whether that be a call, text or email someone is there and onto a resolution. When finding an umbrella company I did my research and found MyPay has the better rates and always a pleasure to deal with.

So where do I begin about this company? I was recommended to join by a friend after my old umbrella company closed down. The joining process was a complete breeze and credit to Michelle. She explained how everything works so clearly and in good detail. credit to Michelle is always happy to help with anny enquiry and responds to emails rapidly. She is extremely patient and always goes over and beyond leaving someone like me who doesn’t understand much about tax very reassured . I would recommend joining my pay, especially after the care and support I’ve received from Michelle 100% recommend joining them. They are the best umbrella company I have been with so far.

I had various options on Umbrella Companies. I opted for My pay, I am extremely glad I did. From the initial telephone conversation to discuss to the present day. Always very courteous and easy to talk to. Never once have I had any late payments or tax concerns

Michelle was really helpful and genuinely explained things in a clear and understandable way. She even explained how my tax code made me slightly better off!!! Who knew!
