MyPAYE great option for a small business. I have been using this system for many years. They are very supportive if you have a query or are not sure how to do something. I have now just finished running Payrolls which I did for over 20 years. Phew!!

Would highly recommend Mypaye if you want to run your own payroll. We have been using it for over 10 years.
Its easy to navigate and use.
Support are very helpful and responsive too.

We started to use Mypaye 2 or 3 years ago after years of paying ridiculous prices out-sourcing payroll to a bureau. It was nerve racking when you have never run payroll but I found it incredibly simple. Support are quick to reply and any queries, have been resolved efficiently. In the 2-3 years of using Mypaye, I think I have only had 3 major issues I needed their assistance on, which turned out were not that major as everything is resolvable. I cannot recommend enough. Do not pay 1000's to a bureau. Mypaye make payroll simple, which is why they are on HMRC's recommended list of payroll software to use when bringing inhouse. Saved thousands and learned so much too.

Have used MyPAYE for many years and very happy with pricing and service. The support is very good - very quick to respond, and they always understand the question and give a clear answer. Would recommend for any small or medium business looking for a payroll solution.

The basic payroll functionality is adequate but the support is awful. I have had an outstanding technical issue for almost a month with no resolution or even updates from their support team who I have to chase constantly. I would not recommend.

I have used them for about 8 years and they used to be ok for basic payrolls but over the past 3 or 4 years their service have declined.
Support queries can be unresolved for many months.
They really do seem past their sell by!

We keep finding bugs in their software which they are very slow to fix. Currently waited 12 days for an issue with their API to be diagnosed but still not diagnosed let alone fixed. Looking at switching to an alternative provider as can't put up with the poor tech support anymore.
