Not interested in what I wanted
Unfortunately my phone experience was not a good one, made initial contact and made clear what I wanted, once I was assigned a expert and he rang it was clear very quickly he wasn’t interested in what I wanted and was only interested in offering a option where they made more money. I was even told my pension holder would refuse to let me have the pension I wanted, at no point did my expert actually ask what yearly income did I require, he simply kept pushing for a higher risk option than I had requested.

I first approached MPE several years ago (pre-covid) and was advised to delay accessing my pension. I accepted this advice and it cost me nothing. When the time came to access, I did not hesitate to go back. The whole process has been stress free and I have been involved at every step.
