ABSOLUTELY FIRST CLASS, FROM START TO FINISH!

I placed my order on the 12 of October
After numerous emails I was told they couldn't get one of the fragrances , Asked many times to counsel my order , then more emails ignoring my request, basicly they gave me the run around, said I was happy to replace with another fragrance, so I could recieve the whole order, had no response asked again fo ar refund was this is now over 3 weeks since I ordered,
Asked again for refund on 13th of November ,over a month since I ordered,on , the 14 November I finally received order not happy with all the products, smell like lolly water, nothing like the description, of the fragrances, the scent description, the topnotes middle ect
so here I go again ,trying to return and refund
Who knows how long I'll have to wait

Never received my £300 order
I wouldn’t order again.
Royal Mail apparently left the parcel in an unsecured location with a photo of a pile of parcels nobody can tell me
Which package was supposed to be mine and my perfume shop have been very unhelpful so I’m £300 out of pocket with no resolution

This is a very quick and easy service to use. The perfume is absolutely stunning. Everyone comments on it, even in the afternoon as it is still so strong.

Great experience. Always get the testers at the end for a smaller price. They’ve always been worth it. I get so many compliments with this perfume and always buy it as gifts. Can’t recommend enough

I ordered from here as I smelt this amazing perfume on one of my colleagues. The website was easy to navigate and my order was delivered within a few days. The fragrance is stunning and I could still smell it when I woke up the next morning!!

I have bought a perfume from this company over 5 weeks ago, and I still haven't received it
They have told me it supposed to take 2 weeks, at this point I don't believe that haven't spend it!!

My friend always smelt really nice so she recommended some perfumes and I tried them. I have ordered before & now re-ordered as I absolutely love these perfumes. Get some many compliments. There is so much choice. I love trying a new one. I get the 100ml & I have the smaller bottles for my work bag & going on a night out bag they are a great size.
Delivery is quick & all packaged really well.

Terrible company to deal with . Order was supposed to be with me by end August 2025 then said delayed and would be dispatched 9 September but still no word and . no reply to emails either. be careful I think they are frauds

I have been waiting for at least a month for an answer to my email regarding an order I placed on 31.07. Confirmed and paid. The money has been taken from my account, but I still don't get an answer as to whether it will arrive at all, and why it took so long. They don't answer the phone number provided, there is no WhatsApp chat, no one answers my email. I feel cheated!
