Extremely bad experience as I have ordered perfumes two times I didn’t get my desired product. Every-time they suggested me replacement and all

They took 1 month to send my order. I followed iup numerous times, but every time I was told that some of the items are on pre-order. Eventually after the 5th week, I was contacted to inform me that they don’t have stock for some items. I was given a list of available items in stock, I selected my preference and the next day I was told no stock. Eventually I told them that they must pick the sample fragrance because I needed my order to be delivered, eventually I received the Aramex notification that my parcel is on the way. Almost 6 weeks of waiting

The items were pre ordered so I expected a bit of wait time, when it went above the eta I emailed them. They kept sending you automated email reassuring you that it’s being processed. Long back and forth email regarding the update. They are delayed in service yet they won’t update you regarding the item unless you ask. Has been 2 months

Very disappointing experience. I waited over 4 months for my order to arrive. Once it arrived, it was only one of the 2 items on the order. The other half had been cancelled without so much as an email to let me know. I only knew from the invoice. Their Perfumes are also being sold as a pre order but there is no mention of this on the website. They send an email after you purchase to tell you that you've made a non refundable pre order. I have another order that is 3 months old that im waiting on as well. I will never shop here again based on my experience and I would suggest everyone else steers clear as well. Read the other similar reviews if you have any doubts.

Other then delayed shipping because of the Iran war and blockage I have not had any issues with them and they were very forthcoming about it.

First I purchased a heap of sample perfumes to find a new scent as I hate going into shops to do this and honestly it is such a great idea! I ended up with little travel size perfumes and found 2 new favourite scents out of it! Came back and ordered the larger sizes ❤️

Placed order on the 2nd May no issue received an email confirming order and 1 item was on pre order never seen that on product when ordered but never mind it was due in the day I ordered. It’s now the 9th June and still waiting for delivery every email response is different. One will state that the product has arrived just waiting for warehouse delivery the next is it’s been delayed due to global affairs. Requesting a refund just gets ignored first and last time I ever purchase from this company absolutely appalling service. If no delivery by end of this week the ACCC will be getting a call
