At first it felt too simple to really work, but after a couple of weeks something shifted. I didn’t even notice when I started feeling lighter and less tired during the day. It just slowly became easier to move and exist in my body.

I love that have to do the days workout regardless before I can move on. That way I can not skip any workouts that I don't really want to do. No matter what I have to do all the workouts.

Having MS it is not easy to exercise anymore. My personal challenge has changed that because it works perfectly for me. Tai chi was fun and now I’m using ta chi walking and is now my favorite way to wake up and start my day. You don’t have time? You can use the program at anytime making it easier to plan your day. Only can complete a few dances? Close the program after saving it and you can back to it when you’re ready. Not challenging enough? Check out the many different exercises that are available and choose the one that will be right for you.Sessions not long enough for you? There is no limit on the amount of sessions you do a day. This is the best way to start your day and enjoy the wonderful new changes to your mind and body.

Short sessions are very doable. I feel some soreness it’s enough that I know my muscles are doing something but not too much that would make me want to stop.
