Would give zero stars if I could! Was suckered in to burning an overpriced personalised ‘leather’ phone case… more than I have ever spent on a case and all the ones I have had have been very durable I just fancied a change and a bit of what I thought would be luxury. It firstly took a very long time to arrive, but when it finally did, it arrived completely scratched up! After many emails asking for a refund, I finally got a reply telling me they had sent a replacement. That wasn’t what I asked for but a few more weeks gone by and still no refund, replacement or even response with their ‘live chat’ or email service! Appalling quality and appalling customer service! Avoid!! They sell on their website, via Instagram, Facebook and Etsy please beware wish I had found them on Etsy first and read the reviews
