Easy to work with and amazing quality!

They never sent my order, despite repeated emails asking for a status. They provided a tracking number which is not recognized by DHL. I placed my order over a month ago and they are totally unresponsive. I am pretty sure this is a scam website that has no intention of fulfilling orders. I would not do business with them.

I've been sending them emails for a week now and they refuse to give me any shipping information. They approved my proof over a week ago and say the tracking information is pending for over a week now! Shipping in the US is supposed to take two to four days. Stay away, no customer support, no phone numbers, no responding to emails, Facebook, or LinkedIn.

Artist did a wonderful job of capturing my darlings likeness.

Error in the canvas. When I complained I was told it should have been noticed in the review - however there is nowhere where it is mentioned you have to review for such small and detailed stuff - and impossible to notice before you get it on print. It was disappointing that the company didn’t see the error before the print and corrected - as it was a black line in the top of the print that is obviously an error and is easy to see when you see the big print (not the ones sent forward for review where you only look for the style)
Furthermore I tried to do another review which was apparently deleted

I was very particular in what I wanted and the artist met all my expectations!

The process was easy and fun and customer service reps were incredibly helpful. And the end product? Fabulous! My husband, who received the canvas of his beloved Lab as a birthday gift, was overjoyed.

This is for the second, different proof I ordered, the work is that good. I can't think of a better way to have my sweet Ivy girl forever other than she never ;eaves

My pet canvas I ordered a canvas of my dog 1 month ago. I received 5 proposals, of which I liked the design of one the best. I changed the colors a little so that the poster would fit better in the color of my home. What I didn't realize was that the motif had been enlarged so much that the top of my dog's ear had been cut off. I concentrated solely on the colors. I didn't realize that it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the company doesn't deliver a canvas where that mistake has clearly been made. I thought that the company after all has some kind of quality control that ensures that this kind of thing is not sent out to paying customers. Anyone can imagine that you wouldn't hang a picture on the wall where the top of the ear is missing. I have been made responsible for this, since I have approved the proof. And if I want a poster where my dog has both ears intact, I have to pay 20% of the original purchase price for this. I have so far refused, as I assumed that there was quality control of the print. And the company is now not responding to my inquiries. It is deeply unprofessional when you pay so much money for a picture of your pet. And now I have a picture I will never hang up.

Originally thought I did not get the frame but didn't realize the frame was what canvas was stapled to. Love the picture. Perfect! Customer service is a little lax in getting back to you in a timely manner. Other than that it was great!

Pet Canvas took a second payment from my card a few hours after the initial order for a frame I did not order and have yet to furnish the refund, also the cut the canvas very narrow now allowing any additional canvas to allow it be stapled to a frame, very disappointed

As I responded before, we loved the painting: very satisfied, but very disappointed with the packaging and shipping service!!

I have just lost my pet and I wanted to have a portrait made of her. The artist who did it painted my beautiful dog and it just looks like her. I invited some friends for a small memorial and all of them said the same thing; it looks just like my dog.
I submitted a few pictures because I didn't have a closeup picture of her. Then, they sent me 5 portraits to choose from and I was also able to make some changes as well. I am very happy with the result.

I love my canvas! They captured the spirit of my dog in her eyes and cute little boop nose. I am so happy with the entire process. They were so willing to listen and make changes any time I asked. Can’t wait to create another canvas for my new pup!

I am a REAL PERSON and I'm thrilled with my painting from My Pet Canvas! I submitted a photo of our dog, along with a photo of a famous painting to show the style we wanted. I had proofs back within a few days. I submitted some requested changes (mostly color), got proofs back quickly, and we went back and forth 4 or 5 times before I got one that was perfect. I am SO FREAKING HAPPY with the outcome! It's now hanging on our wall and I couldn't be more thrilled.

Yes, it's digital art. Anyone who thinks someone is sitting at a canvas hand-painting their pet is not being realistic. It doesn't have texture like a painting - it's a PRINT. But mine is absolutely beautiful, and it clearly was done exactly from the photo I sent. It captures our beloved senior doggy in every way, down to the wise and knowing look in his eyes. We will treasure this forever.

The company was super easy to work with, the work was completed in an appropriate amount of time, and I felt the price was reasonable for the quality of work I received.

Love it! The custom piece captured my horses beautifully. My Pet Canvas was great to work with and really brought my vision to life. A meaningful and unique piece I’ll treasure. Highly recommend!

ZERO stars. BUYER BEWARE! I wish I did more homework beforehand. Ask yourself- why are most of their reviews from an "anonymous reviewer"? I spent over a month going back and forth on "art" proofs of my dog. NOTHING changed. NOTHING ever came my way that looked even CLOSE to what is pictured online as their "work". It is AI fraud garbage. Go to ETSY and get actual artists to work on your project. FOR WAY LESS $$!!

Loved the end result but also having options presented to select from, beautiful portrait of our beloved pet!
