Avoid avoid avoid

Avoid avoid avoid.
I am so upset following the loss of my beautiful dog wanted a portrait to remind me. The portrait in no way resembles my dog, still numerous drafts on, still looks nothing like her. I have contacted them now 7 times with no response asking for a full refund. Now going down the fraud route with my bank. So upsttting particularly during this really upsetting time

AVOID!! POOR SERVICE AND LIES

Ordered a picture of two dogs for a surprise 60th present in middle of September. I placed my order on 27th August as website states only 1-2 working days and then order will be dispatched.

I had a proof picture come through. I was happy but just wanted the names changed around and colour of background on one dog. 48 hours later I get another proof. Changes had been done to what I asked. I was impressed and happy so approved the proof. Well since then nothing. I’ve had the download sent to me and that’s it.

I’ve tried contacting their so called 24/7 customer service web chat to be told only operates certain times of the day. I’ve sent three emails now. The first one I got told they would reply during office hours, considering my first email was sent at 09:35am on Friday. I heard nothing for three days so another email sent.

I informed them that clearly their website is full of lies, 24/7 customer service, one part of their website says receiving the final results 1-2 days, another part says 1/3 days shipping. The person who emailed me then told me the following

“ To address your question: there seems to have been a small miscommunication. After the portrait is approved, we dispatch orders within 2–5 business days due to production and framing. Once your package has been sent, delivery by services such as Evri or Royal Mail typically takes 1–2 business days. This means your order will be shipped at the latest today.”

Well it’s been another three days and yet again nothing not even a chase up email or to inform me that my product has been sent.

It seems I’ve paid nearly £70 for a digital download. I’ve now got to explain to the person on the 60th why I don’t have a present for them.

Please avoid at all costs. Their website is the typical all singing and dancing but they take your money and just send a computer digital image. I’m so disappointed and so annoyed I wish I had read other reviews before I lost my money. I should have seen the signs as got some much discount I would be so angry if I had paid the full price of £118. I feel this is just a scam so I will be going to my bank to investigate.

Avoid this company

Avoid this company. Placed an order - proofs came back quickly but were just an AI created image and they were unable to update the proofs to meet the feedback. This happened several times and have stopped responding to emails. Latest email has now bounced back as undeliverable. Think it may have worked okay for simple pictures but they are clearly not hand drawn and one email said they had a 200 order backlog in December 2024 so something has gone wrong...

Truly awful........

Truly awful 'image' of my darling deceased dog. Not hand drawn - AI generated caracature of a fat faced dog of similar colouring with black dots for eyes. Customer service is 100% dreadful, curt & dismissive.

Was a bit sceptical about this company..

Was a bit sceptical about this company after reading some of these reviews. I decided to take the plunge anyway and to my delight I was very impressed. Communication was spot on. Got my proof photo within the 24hr timeline they promised. Delivery also arrived on time. The quality of the print is also amazing. Haven't got a bad word to say to be honest.

Ordered with them 12 December 2023 with a delivery before christmas, it’s now 13th January and not responding to emails and delivery not received. Next step is going to their office and speaking to them face to face … absolute scammers !! Do not buy from this company

Warning- do not use this company!

This company sell the product to you as if they have a team of artists working on the portraits- it’s just people sat in front of a computer screen generating a computer image- badly in my case. I have rejected several times now and they is no improvement. However, they state satisfaction is 100% guaranteed- until you request for your money back- then you are ignored.
What they don’t inform you of the fact they will keep £9.95 for work already carried out by the “artist”
They continue to ignore social media comments, which they can do and I will continue to post my thoughts until they refund me the full amount.
Update: after emailing throughout the day and posting on social media they emailed me back asking if I wanted a refund! Stupid or what. £7.95 is deducted as a cancellation fee and you have to look under the questions and answers part on their website to find you have two hours to cancel! They don’t send proof until 24 hours!!
Non existent customer service. Appalling company.

Emails and request for slight…

Emails and request for slight amendments continuously ignored. Very poor customer service. Hopefully this review will prompt them into action. Order no: UK127756

No proof image and emails ignored!

Placed an order over 5 weeks ago - still have not recieved the proof image. Have tried contacting via email - and even though the automated reply states that they will be in touch within 24 hours, I hear nothing! I now require a refund after weeks of waiting - my order was meant to be a Christmas gift, but have given up on this. And how will I secure a full refund when they choose to ignore emails?!

Missed Coms

The process of buying the product is extremely easy.

I was sent a preview of the final print in the 24hr time frame and I was happy with it.

The website states you will have the final product in 2 to 4 days.

When ordering (thursday) I asked to have this sent out on a monday as I was going to be away for a few days and would miss the delivery.

The only reason this is not 5 stars is because I was told on day 4 (friday) after emailing them regarding the whereabouts of my print that it has not been dispatched yet!
However, it came through the following day so it had actually been dispatched.

Pros: product and frame are High quality.
Cons: internal coms in the company needs to be a bit higher standard.

No evidence of order worth £70!

Ordered on the 12th December, told that I’d have proof of work within 24 hours … it’s now 9 days later and nothing , I paid for express delivery which said 1-2 days … it’s now 4 days before Christmas and this has cost me almost 70.00! Customer service has not replied and I am not hopeful of the outcome of this purchase , will most likely be requesting a refund when I finally get to see the piece of work produced as it’s looking to be after Christmas . I had high hopes but I am very disappointed.

I understand the chaos of this time of year but equally , don’t lie about delivery before Christmas if you cannot commit to it. I could have gone to similar websites with better reviews and output but I put my faith here and I am not happy.

Fraudsters

Ordered and payed for a print on Saturday 26 November. Their website claims they will send a proof copy within 24 hours. First misleading claim. No proof arrived, had to send three emails, none of which was responded to. Second misleading claim - their automated response states they will answer all email within 24 hours.
Eventually proof copy of the print arrived on 30 November. Three days later than advertised.
The proof was accepted by myself, and received message on 1 December stating item was being shipped and would be delivered in 1 - 2 days via Royal Mail. This is the third lie - it is now 13 December and still no delivery.
The tracking information is useless; it merely states it will be updated when delivery is attempted.
Contact customer services, nothing but excuses and platitudes. "We are super busy it can take up to 2-3 days to reply" is the automated response.
This was intended to be a Christmas gift for a work colleague. I made the mistake of assuming that ordering in November would allow plenty of time. It appears that by paying these fraudsters, delivery of product you have paid for in good faith is highly unlikely ... reviews from other concerned customers on this website demonstrate this is not a one off occurence

STAY AWAY! TERRIBLE! HOW NOT TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS, BY AWARD WINNERS MYPETFRAME

UPDATE: I NOW HAVE MYPETFRAME QUESTIONING THE INTEGRITY OF THIS REVIEW? HOW ABOUT YOU JUST DO WHAT YOU SAY WILL DO? DELIVER MY ITEM! HERE IS THE POSTAL TRACKING NUMBER AND DATE YOU TOLD ME IT HAS BEEN SENT: NJ441800015gb sent on the 8th December, please check on royal mail tracking, this was also before the strikes i hasten to add! Total rubbsh, i have asked for refunds but nothing forth coming other than busy and will reply in 3 to 4 working days! Its Christmas day next week! A month since i ordered! So have seen numerous adverts and thought I'd give it a go for a Christmas present for my wife....HOW WRONG WAS I? should ve read the reviews on here and not the testimonials from they're own website. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTANT! has anyone noticed how they only reply to the 5 star reviews there are, shall we say very well scripted, almost false looking? Ordered item 28th November, promised a sample 24hours later, nothing followed up with chasing email and promised a call within 24hours and still waiting 48 hours later with no sample and no communication! Terrible, advice if you looking to do this do your research and use one of the competitors! A real first class lesson in how to not treat good customers! BUYERS BEWARE!

Not traditionally painted but still lovely

Placed an order easily and had first proofs back within 24 hours, which were pretty much spot on.

I wasn't sent my digital download until I asked but Vanessa on Chat was very polite and speedy; she sent it to me only moments after my query, so can't fault their Customer Service.

A star has been knocked off as I did originally expect "handmade" to be in a traditional sense, with actual paint, but there is a photo of the process on the site which indicates it is done digitally. I don't have an issue with that - art is art - but it is clearly a little misleading. Nevertheless I am extremely happy with my order, the "painting" really does look like my furbaby, and if you catch one of their many discount codes it makes a very sweet, reasonably-priced personalised gift.

Order UK111873 Handmade LOL

I would not consider using a filter that I can do on my phone "handmade art"
And the preview picture I received made the little dog bigger than the older dog, in fact I actually laughed at how bad it was. For one it's common sense to not have one dog looking one way and the other looking in the same direction. They both looking outwards of the picture, you're suppose to have them look inwards on a picture, cant even filter a picture correctly. Customer service also don't get intouch with you.
Live chat - no agents
messenger - no reads it
email - no reply's
Needless to say i'm requesting a refund, the quality is laughable at best.

Edit: they won't give out refunds without a charge of £7.50 per pet. It just gets better with these scammers

SCAM

It’s been Four WEEKS and I’ve still had no resolution to where my portrait is.
Customer services completely disregard what you want and suggest outrageous resolutions like “telling the artist to take their time” or “delete my review”.

I then get told that one of the reps is having personal problems and that’s why it’s taking several days to reply. Instead of the 24 hrs outlined in the confirmation return email.

I have explicitly said which photo I want to be used. I’ve explicitly said that I don’t want changes made and explicitly told you that if it’s not resolved quickly. Reviews will be done again and again till it is.

I will not be charged for a refund. Nor will I be charged for changes. This is outrageous the length of time this has taken and the appalling customer services just reinforces that this is a SCAM

Couldn't fault. Wonderful images, excellent and quick customer service. Fast delivery. Went over and above to accommodate my many requests. Fabulous result, very pleased.

If possible I would not even be giving…

If possible I would not even be giving this company 1 star. The service I have received has been nothing short of incredibly disappointing. The customer service is shocking. The image I have received is very average for the price paid and I am still yet to receive a present I ordered 3+ weeks ago for Christmas. Their 3 day turn-around is false advertisement. I have been sent design images for approval, with which I have approved on the same day, then have heard nothing. When I do receive replies they never answer my question on where my order is and if they will be shipping it soon and instead constantly revert back to saying “we are still waiting for your image to be approved”. As previously stated - I had already approved my drawings days before they would reply saying such a thing. At this point I’m not sure where my order is or when I will receive this. Do not order from this company. Avoid at all costs. Such a let down on what I was hoping would be a decent gift for Christmas day.
