The sound of the device scared my dog. Did not actually use it, but could not return it. Very expensive experiment.

This is not a genuine company that wants your pets health at the fore front. They just want money.
After many issues, no communication and taking my money when I wasn’t in a subscription, this is their reply

Ordered the 'sonic' toothbrush and then made a mistake and ordered another. I left word on their site that I needed to talk to someone. Never called me. I sent them an e-mail saying I only wanted one item and to cancel the other. No response, except to tell me both items were on the way. I then googled them and info about them being a 'risky' company came up. I called my bank and they put a 'merchant block' on my credit card so it couldn't be charged. STICK WITH AMAZON.

The tooth cleaner stopped making any noise or vibration after 1 minute of having it turned on. It never took a charge or turned back on after that. Wasted $40 since they have no customer support.

Garbage products and horrible customer service!!! Don’t order anything from this place.

TERRIBLE COMPANY SCAMMING PEOPLE. They try to upsell you for days after ordering, then say you can't cancel because it's too far in the process. Advised me to refuse the package and a refund would be issued quickly. Took 2 weeks to be delovered and was refused. After 3 weeks with no refund, the company is saying the refund can't be issued because the package went to their warehouse when refused. They provided the instructions to refuse the package and are refusing to refund! I have the screenshots showing they advised me. THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE AND KEEPING OUR MONEY.

If I could rate a 0 I would ! Scan company first it took over 2 weeks to get order . The scaling brush was NEVER used because the noise was so loud my dog would not let me near him . I tried to return within the 14 day rule and they ignored my emails . I called Citi card and was out $56 because in small print it says if you open package you can’t return ! This is absurd ! How can you tell if you like something if you can’t look at ! I would NEVER but from this scam company! Frances

It has been weeks since I placed the order and I have yet to receive my order. Shipping keeps getting delayed…..

Stay away from this company it’s a total scam and the brush is NOT how they market it. My golden retriever freaked out the brush is SO loud and totally unusable. There is no way the review on IG are real. It’s also painful I tried it on one of my own teeth- OUCH.
I am out $40 and wish I had reviews outside of social media.
They will be out of business soon. I tried to work with them and they refused to do the right thing.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Toothbrush is so loud, l I couldn’t even get it close to my dog. My dog was so freaked out by the noise and vibration, I tried to return it within their supposed 14-day return window. I reached out to Customer Service via email, because you can’t call them, no phone number. A “person” named Tiffany told me I couldn’t return because I wasn’t within the 14 day window, which was untrue. I tried to follow up with her three more times, no response. I called American Express to lodge a complaint. American Express looked into it and because I opened the package in accordance with My Pet Lab’s terms (very small print and hard to find on their website), I did not get my money back. Trust me, this is not sour grapes. I tried the toothpaste and pick on myself. Not only does it do absolutely nothing, it’s very painful. Imagine using it on a 10 pound dog who has seizures?!? This product an absolute scam. Save yourself $40 and buy your dog a manual toothbrush. They will be out of business soon.

Complete scam. Toothbrush doesn't attach, and the vibrating pick does NOTHING. Scam company posing as PetLab, which is a good company.
