First, I want to thank you for the impeccable delivery system. It is fast and the delivery men are kind and respectful. I would have given 5 stars for that alone. However, the inconsistency in items availability is what brought the rating down to 3.5 stars. While it gave me an opportunity to try several brands, I don't appreciate that once I found the right product for me and my cat I realize that it is not available the next time and then I have to find an other item that works for us yet again. I would have liked the variety in brands and price ranges if they didn't go out of stock so much and didn't stay out of stock for weeks if not months. I understand that there could be many factors influencing that, however it gets really frustrating at times.
