Wrong delivery, no communication
After receiving my confirmation, which told me I would be given more info......next contact was a knock on the door with.......... the wrong product.
I contacted them and was told 'warehouse problem', product would be delivered, incorrect product collected.
Today correct product delivered, no collection???

Product fine but delivery v slow with…
Product fine but delivery v slow with no proactive communication. Eventually chased them up and had a fairly quick response to say DPD had returned the package -no explanation why DPD did that but from prior experience with DPD nothing surprises me. Dispatched again and eventually arrived in a dilapidated box. I won’t order again from them, mainly on basis they use DPD for deliveries.
