SCAM !!
Avoid this company, they take your money but you will never receive the order. No customer service, they ignore all your emails. Big fraud !! (I was scammed by them in November 2022, but could not set correct date as it only went to 2023)

SCAM! Don’t trust!

I paid for my purchased item over a week ago and no tracking update has happened since,emails have been sent & messages have been sent too via the website and nothing no reply from anyone! So clearly i’ve been robbed of my money & so will you if you go anywhere near this company.

Didn't receive product or refund.... it's been 2 months ....don't waste your time or money . Keep scrolling

Communication is scarce- no product has arrived- I can’t access the site anymore from the order email.

I placed my order and received my perfume about a month later. Then another month came and they charged me again. Said I needed to cancel my subscription. When I tried to log in to do that they claimed I didn’t have an account. So I emailed customer support and they replied telling me my subscription was canceled but refused a refund and it’s been another month but no order has come and they’ve charged me yet again. I have emailed them numerous times arguing with them that I canceled my subscription but they REFUSE to refund me. They just sent me a link saying a refund can’t be done along with their refund policy. I replied reminding them this is their fault and that I reached out as soon as my account was charged. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!! Im hoping my bank can do something about this.

Someone needs to do some investigation because this company definitely is not a real company how can people sleep knowing they are scamming.

I placed an order November 2022, I got an email about a week later that said they shipped it. I haven’t received it and in the Shop app it say shipped and insured with no tracking number. I’ve sent numerous emails and haven’t gotten 1 response. I can’t stand thieves.

Wish I could give a 0 star. This dosnt work smells gross and was a waste of money do not be fooled by the claims its 💯 a scam

DO NOT BUY THIS!! This company is a fraud and they should be sued for every penny they have. Your money will be stolen, you will never receive your product and nobody will ever respond to your emails. If you already bought it, and in the same situation, just count your losses and move on, because that’s really all you can do. I learned my lesson about not doing research on the company before buying. DON’T BE LIKE ME!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

Placed an order on 02/18/23 and to date 03/25/23 I have not received my order and since then I have received 2 additional charges on my credit card and an email saying thank you for the order. They are not responding so I am filing a claim with my credit card company.

After 3 months I received my order and the bottle leaked so I only got 1/4 of it and it doesn't smell very good

Horrible customer service. No response whatsoever. I tried to cancel via their website, phone number, and even my bank to no avail. After 2 months, the package finally arrived. The stuff smells like old lady perfume mixed with baby powder. My husband does not react to the smell. In fact, he said it was gross. Not only is their service bad, the shipping takes forever and their product is basically trash.

Scam...,.. will never receive merchandise but will be continued to be charged monthly unless you involve your bank and the ftc.

I ordered this product back in January. I just received it today. So right about now, I can only give it one star because of how long it took to receive it. However, as to its usefulness, I'll have to get back to you, since I just put it on and haven't been around anyone to be able to test it yet.

I placed an order Jan 20th 2023 after an Ad popped up on my FB & Insta & got me all hyped due to these fake influencers making it look so legit lol I figured why not get on the trend & see what all the hype was about luckily I didn’t go all out & just ordered buy 1 get one free which came out to a total of $24.97 I’ve sent out multiple emails & even trying to find a number for customer service, sad to say the least there isn’t one! I have yet still received my order! Y’all ain’t about to play with my money I canceled my CC that same day after placing my order…. It felt off! Do your self a favor & don’t waste your time & money with these low life scammers! Me personally I wouldn’t give them no STARS!!!

Scam alert 🚨 ordered several months ago and never came

So…I ordered the buy 1 get one free on Feb 28, they sent me a Thank you notice and they did send a tracking number and it says on its way to United States as of March 11,I have to see it to believe it,then on March 11,I get a notice in my PayPal saying you paid $22.47 to Myphermonie ,I did not authorize that and I also noticed that the word Pheromonie was spelled different it was missing the O don’t know if that means something..OMG..I can’t even make this up ,as I’m texting this an email comes in saying you just made our day. Nothing feels better than knowing you trust us with your business not once but twice.,like what,I replied, and said that I did not authorize that payment and why would I order it a second time when I didn’t even get the first order,and I did text them before I got this email telling them I did not order the second one and did not authorize payment,luckily I reported it to PayPal and there reviewing my case the agent said I’ll get both my payments ..refunded to my PayPal balance from them.plus had to cancel my card and get a new one so they can’t charge anything ,this is why I love PayPal, they always refund my money back if the company doesn’t🚨SO LADIES DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM SUCH A HASSLE 🚨
