I didn't expect much because of the rating here but the photo book I received was surprisingly well made. The only problem is that I paid for a pack of 2 books on veepee but forgot to modify the quantity of product when I made the order on myphotobook website. Tried to contact the customer service but got no reply. Received only 1 copy in the end.
I made 4 books 10 years ago...these we're OK . I decided to create new ones now, but the online solution is dramatic ! Not intuitive at all and more over: you lose the connection every 2 minutes . My internet connection is OK. Probably a lack of serveurs? The result is: let's stop creating the book with Myphotobook.
It's a scam!
I've spent hours editing a photo album, but once it's finished I cannot make the order on their software. It seems to be a recurring issue with other customers.
I have had this problem for the past 1.5 months, they answer 2 emails on the 10 I sent in total, and have deactivated their hotline so you cannot do anything.
Avoid at all cost

So disappointed! Used to order with them for years but both their website AND software have a bug since the last 2 weeks. So I've just wasted hours and hours making my photo album and am not able to order it!!! The only answer from their client service is: wait... I've been waiting for 2 weeks already, have been in contact 3 times with their Customer service and still no solution. Just a big waste of time. You've just lost a loyal client...
