I cannot understand the negative…

I cannot understand the negative reviews. I suffered from migraines due to my neck not being supported. I literally spent hundreds of pounds on pillows to no avail. Decided to give these a go so ordered 2, not holding out a lot of hope. They are like magic, I now do not suffer from neck problems or migraines and have stopped taking medication. As long as you leave them the full 3 days, I left them a week as we were going away. Never had a good night's sleep for years until buying these.

Unable to contact the company for a refund

I tried the pillows out for a few weeks and thought they were OK but I didn't love them so decided to return under the money back guarantee. I have not been able to contact My Pillow since, they have not acknowledged receipt of the return and I have no refund. I have called, emailed and used social media but no answer... I'm starting to wonder if they've gone bust? Not even an answer on the order phone line.

This is a SCAM company purchased 2 Pillows from MY Pillow with 60 day return. Phoned and left message to contact me reference returning pillows for REFUND no contact made, emailed them no response, have open a case against them with PayPal not going to hold my breath. DO NOT BY FROM THIS COWBOY COMPANY HERE TODAY GONE TOMORROW unless you have money to throw away.

Bought these items from a shopping channel was unable to return items due too shopping channel shutting down both pillows are damaged stitching coming away got in contact with My pillow UK company sent three emails no reply unreliable 10 year's warranty doesn't happen company doesn't reply back at all very bad

Poor

Just reading the sales blurb was a turn off for me, words like "awaken revitalised refreshed and ready to conquer the day" such fake silly words, says it all, plus there are many poor reviews.

Pillow was awful, dreadful quality, so uncomfortable, worst pillow ever.
Maybe if their CEO did some actual work instead of being a total wack job they might improve

Awesome pillow..

Awesome pillow... The negative reviewers can't read the instructions ! You need to put the pillow in a tumble dryer for 15 mins , pillow will then fully expand and amazing night sleep awaits.

Pillow talk, not!

I saw and ordered two ‘my pillow’ which was to include a lavender gift as promotion in the Times. I went on the web site and ordered from there minus code for gift. I contacted them, told of my mistake asking for my order to be rectified with gift to be included. The pillows arrived two days later minus gift, I then called the company to discuss this, was told that promotion had now ended, no further stock available anyway and told I could not expect as I had ordered without the requisite code. Once opened the pillow filling turned out to be pieces of foam, lumpy and totally unsatisfactory, more akin to something on a cheap market stall than a pillow costing £42.97 each. The pillows are now in the process of being returned, at my expense. I have also written to their Chief Executive listing my grievance awaiting a response. It may seem a small matter but I was treated with derision when I questioned why my request could not be applied retrospectively and was then lied to regarding no further stock available, plus that the promotion had now ended and yet as of yesterday the same promotion is still running in the Times. I will not be doing business with such an unprofessional company again, especially as the woman who I spoke with ended the discussion by hanging up on me.

It's a no for me

I ordered what I thought was 2 king pillows on sale but was one, my bad I guess. I chose more loft and rcvd a pillow that was a little over half full of foam bits. I chatted in on the website and complained and was told i could return at my cost and they will replace with most loft Never addressed defective pillow. Well I am 66 yrs old and don't go out much and didn't want the hassle or to spend more money and decided to try the pillow. As l Iong as I kept arranging the foam bits into the same section it was fairly comfortable but I don't want to have to do that and that is why I ordered this expensive pillow in the first place!

The two pillows that I'd initially…

The two pillows that I'd initially ordered I couldn't get on with, so called them up, and true to their word, they swapped them for me at no extra cost, even paid for the returns. Now I can sleep with no neck pain

Dreadful service

Bought pillows that were too high. Returns procedure not clear on the website, not sure if we needed a QR return code. Left 2 messages, they say they will get back as soon as possible - didn't happen. I emailed and did get a reply which suggested we exchange but if we wanted to go ahead with the returns, outlined what to do. in the end we decided to try and exchange, again no directions given. Have now left 2 messages, and written 3 emails. No response. Out of guarantee period as well now. Dreadful service, not even sure they are legit.

Update: after posting my review I received an email from the company offering me replacement pillows free of charge. They included a free bar of soap , and there was no need to return the original pillows. They told me that they thought my issues had been dealt with and apologized. This was a satisfactory resolution but I would not buy from them again.

They send spam emails from a company I have never even heard of. I would suggest that they buy email lists and use them to target individuals that NEVER signed up to them

What a load of rubbish pillows

I brought two pillows I wish I hadn't the worst night ever, false advertisement false reviews on how good they are I what to send them back but it sounds like I won't get my money back. Customer service what's that with my pillow no answer from phone call or emails. When you put your order in & pay £59.95 they don't tell you they add tax as well of £9.99 making a grand total of what you pay is £69.94 what atotal rip of.DO NOT BYE WAIST OF MONEY, if I could put this review in any bigger I would.

Fantastic product and customer service

Fantastic product and customer service. The premium pillows are very comfortable. No regrets in purchasing a pair for myself and my partner. There was an issue with my order but they responded and rectified the issue very quickly. Excellent.

Outstanding Customer Service

The Customer Service and staff at My Pillows Ltd are outstanding. A special thank you also to Francesca.
I recently bought two pillows after seeing advert in The Daily Mail. They arrived within a couple of days. However there was a slight problem with my order but after emailing My Pillows Ltd this problem was immediately resolved and rectified.
I would not hesitate in recommending My Pillows Ltd to anyone. The pillows are the most comfortable pillows we have ever owned. I shall be buying more pillows in the future when I need them.
Thank you once again Francesca and the team who work for a great company that I would support and purchase goods from again.

Highly recommend My pillow, not only are they the best pillows I’ve had, customer service is top. Very helpful and so polite , I had had a slight problem but it was sorted out straight away, with no questions .
