Excellent and very prompt/reliable service.

Been really impressed with Tom. Found online for assistance with some amended drawings and a variation to an existing planning application.

I was responded to within minutes on a Sunday and from there it's been a really good journey. With much simplicity Tom produced exactly what we needed and also helped deal with the planning authority on our behalf.

Probably the worst correspondence ever, small project,plans got rejected, suvere delay to works waiting on response, out of pocket, dreadfull

I contacted the company via WhatsApp after finding them on Google as I needed a block plan for a planning permission application. This is the first application I’ve submitted so I am a total novice. Tom messaged me straight back, told me exactly what I needed to send over to him, gave me a quote and within two days sent me the completed drawing. I was super impressed at how easy and fast this service was and would definitely recommend and use them again should I need to.

I used Tom to let me have plans for a home office to the side of our property. The Local Council are pernickety and I had to go back to Tom for some more plans, which he quickly and efficiently delivered.
It was all done within a matter of days and I was pleased with the work and quality.
The fee wasn't wanted or asked for until after I had approved the plans.

I have used Tom a couple of times now and would recommend his services.

His responses were fast and he was prompt in assisting with what I required.

I used his express service recently and the project was delivered faster than promised.

As advertised, I didn't pay a penny until the drawings were produced and I was satisfied with them.

Its a complete SCAM. I recently engaged with them in May 2024 online for a simple Build over agreement with Thames Water for a small side extension toilet I am building..... £349 as cost for delivering this plan was paid to them in advance on 30 May and since then I am chasing them for the drawing but no response or a two liner promise to deliver 'soon' after so many reminder mails..... Ultimately I had to go to another architect and pay another £200 and got the job done. .....Their Director/owner has been making promises since 17 July to refund my money paid in advance for non delivery of any plans, after I sent him a notice that he has 14 days to pay or I'll go to the court, but no refund made so far and only empty promises again over emails..... Now I am proceeding with claims court to recover the all the money due to me with all the uncontestable proof I have against this company..... Please do not engage with them otherwise you will be in same position as myself - money paid, but zero service delivery and as a last option of have resort to courts to get refund of the advance money paid !!!

Price, quality and turnaround time were all as promised. Tom fills a gap in the market and I was well impressed with his online quote system and pages of previous examples which helped make the decision to use his services.

I was beginning to think that Myplanningdrawings.com had ceased trading, given the radio-silence I’ve had from them since they took my money, but I’ll share my experience as a warning to anyone else considering using them.

I appointed them in Feb 2023 to produce some simple drawings for a porch on my house, not a major project. It took them 9 weeks to do this (I paid for a two-week turnaround), and that was after a lot of chasing and missed self-imposed deadlines. I paid them £335 on delivery of these. The local authority then requested side elevations, and a couple of amendments, which they said he’d do for me. That was another 11 weeks ago. I’ve lost the slot my builder had set aside, the council thought I’d withdrawn my planning application, and now I am going to have to get a more reliable CAD architect to complete the job I’ve already paid for once.

It would appear from other reviews that my experience is not unique.

Initially I received an excellent response and service from this business and gave an excellent review, but since I paid the invoice I am finding it really hard to get a response to my emails from this business and when he does respond he uses words such as your plans are almost finished and i am finalising your plans, but I have still not received the plans needed for building quotes. If plans are being finalised I would have expected to receive them a couple of days later. I suggested to this business that he could repay my money if he is unable to do the plans and I will find someone else.

My Planning Drawings.com produce good drawings. My main issue is the lack of opportunity to speak to someone. I conclude the only communication is via email so to manage expectations don't expect to talk to anyone on the phone. When you're close to the deadline and the only communication is emails it create stress when lives are so busy. Having said this, Thomas was responsive.. again by email only and in my view, only because I was given a deadline by the council involved. My plans were submitted and accepted in time so thank you.

Contacted My Planning Drawings about an extension and loft conversion. Didn't want to do the measuring ourselves so arranged for a measuring survey for £250. Everything seemed great, emails were replied to promptly, questions answered, I was so pleased.

Then the invoice was sent. Less than 24 hours later I had an email asking for payment. Which I sent. Then silence. I asked to arrange a date. Was told, "I'll check the diary", then nothing for days. Asked again, same thing "I'll check the diary". Asked again. Silence. One week became two. Silence. Said we were in a hurry. Silence.

Now we're asking for our money back. Don't know if its incompetence, or a scam. But I'm out of pocket and three weeks behind where I wanted to be with my project.

Devastated.

I particularly appreciated the efficient, friendly and helpful communications keeping me informed throughout the process, including regular follow-up emails after supplying the drawings, to check on the progress of my planning application until permission was finally granted.
An altogether excellent experience.

Came across the guys at Myplanningdrawings while looking for an arcitect to draw up a roof layout for my solar panel planning permission application. Thomas was very responsive through the initial contact, and happy to help me with a tight deadline. I contacted them on the monday, and they had the plans for review by the friday.

The plans were exactly what i needed (the council were happy) and all in all i'm very happy with the service provided. Costs were layed out right from the start, no messing around.
