DO NOT USE this bank

DO NOT USE this bank. They are total fraudsters. AVOID
I recently opened an account al everything was ok to begin with then I made a transfer of £400 to another account 6 weeks ago and the money never got there and hasn't bounced back. My benefits of £700 have just been paid in an my balance show zero and they have blocked the account. I have send dozens of emails to them and had random excuses . This means I haven't been able to pay my rent for 2 months Now when I email the message I get is saying they don't recognise that my email is attached my account. I'm reporting them to the Financial Ombudsman. I don't know how they can get away with this.

Don’t trust this company with your…

Don’t trust this company with your money.
They have blocked my account with no access to my money.
They won’t return the money to the source and said the sending banks need to. The banks cannot recall the money so they are just keeping it. Complete theft

Money completely disappeared

Money completely disappeared. Sent myself money from my other personal account, it’s been a week and still hasn’t arrived. A friend also sent me money to buy a PS4 off me, the money also never arrived. Causing problems now as I can’t offer her a refund as she no longer wants the item. Avoid at all costs

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Opened an account but never used it. Keep receiving messages to say I need to make 6 transactions of will be charged £2.50 as Iv been inactive for 53 days! This is a form of Blackmail... dream on scammers

Bad Company

bad Company. at first everything was fine. Then the money stopped coming in. You contact the support service, send them payment orders and they still say that there is no money. Deceived by 235 €. After that I decided to transfer money from mypocket to my personal account. The money didn't come either. Support says that money is either flowing in or going back. But money does not go to mypocket and is not returned to another account. SCAM!
