Ordered stove on 18/01/25

Ordered stove on 18/01/25, expected 5-9 days and speedy delivery as advertised on the website.Finally received the stove on 05/03/25.Very poor response from the company.After reporting them I finally found out the stove was in Italy.If they were to explain this instead of using excuses I would of understood and been much happier.There customer care needs to improve and just be honest with their customers.I am very disappointed with this experience.However after the long wait and poor communication,I am very pleased with the stove.The delivery driver was excellent.

Bad experience

I ordered a wood stove with mypoele. I have a very bad experience with this firm.
After the order there was little response about the delivery. When finaly delivered the stove was very poorly packed and was damaged. I refused to accept.
After 2.5 months, 25 email and 10 telefone calls which made me furious the finally partly refund my payment.
Never again with mypoele
