Non-existent support, non-existent answers for technical problems, continuos financial losses

First and single answer received on 20.04, answer that did not solve the problem, you have offered a solution that we have already said we tried and since then no answer. SLA for this type of requests is over the roof. If you are happy to support please contact us back, you have all the details in the ticket, don't just say it here to look good.

Having really bad experiance with mypos, phoned constantly ( sometimes at 7.50am !) To get me to take the machine as far better than my current provider I was told card reader would be perfect for me , it was free for 3 months, that i would be reimbursed the money I had paid for my square reader, and I would get a call on how to use the machine, non of this happened, I am now paying for something I cannot use / dont know how to use , and despite emails back & forth to retentions my last 4 emails haven't been responded to ( over 20 days ago ) not happy .(hopefully this will get read by their team & I will get a reply )
Ref your responce, I was on phone to you this morning (9am) , your agent said sombody would call me today , its now 18.35 & no call so your reply is wrong..

payments fail, don't bother making an account here
they send emails and say that the payment cards were declined by the customer's bank, in fact they are having problems taking the payments

Stay away from this provider !!!! one the useless people who works in company it’s been over 8 weeks we still waiting for updates from them we have been working with them over a year they can’t even provide services it’s very hard to get in touch with them all workers they have no idea what they’re doing we have been trying to get a update on our application past 8 weeks the can’t even provide anything especially we have been with them over year it’s looks like kind of doggy company my advice to people who looking for work with them stay away stay away!!!!!!!!

I'm a customer, and I would say - well done with a pos (for that extra star), how it works. I really like, but.. for 2 years, you can't fix a grammar error in translation on a receipt. So many screenshots, after every update, I'm sending to inform you - the problem is still here. 2 years, how hard is it to fix it? remaider - ONE LETTER - 2 YEARS.
