Wasn't really sure who this company was. I received an email from a random woman telling me my order was on its way. Didn't feel secure to me. The order did, however, arrive within a week.

I placed an order for stamps for my office.
The order said it will be next business day or following day which would have been ok.
1 full week gone and I am still waiting for my original order and it’s not arrived.
I emailed them about the shortage of order or lost order and 5 days gone and I have not received any communication from them to say that we have acknowledged your shortage etc.
This is the worst service I have got from this Mickey Mouse company and I will certainly not use them any time soon so avoid them and don’t place your orders cos they will get lost.

Paid £272 for stamps. No delivery. No replies from customer service through their platform. Provided emails bounced back too, which looks like they are now taking money but yet not trading. I have no way of getting my money back- so taking them to court

The delivery of our stamps went astray but once I had managed to contact customer services by email they responded well and efficiently. The subsequent order was delivered swiftly.

Our order has not arrived, it is now 17/12/2024 and we placed the order on 27/11/2024. I initially received a response from the customer service email but have now sent more emails with no response. We have been told that our order got 'stuck on the system'. On Tuesday last week we were told the order would arrive on Thursday or Friday - not even an offer of expedited delivery as some way of apology. It is now Tuesday and still our stamps have not arrived and no further response from the company. I cannot find any way of getting in touch with them on the phone. I am not one to write damning reviews online but I had an email from mypostshop.com asking us to rate them so here we are.
