Important update!
Potscape have been in contact with me since my previous review, and it seems that, while none of their recent emails appeared in my inbox or spam folders, they had tried three times to respond to my emails and update me on the progress of the replacement pot.
The extended delay is apparently due to the replacement pot being heavier, and thus more expensive to ship. To keep the cost reasonable, Potscape selected a slower shipping system, which is entirely fair but, for some reason, their emails informing me of this did not get through.
I accept that Potscape were, and are acting in good faith and I retract my previous feedback so please disregard it. Having reestablished communications, I expect everything will go smoothly now.
