Beware of this fishy company who cares just about their profit
Been a customer for more than 6 months, they've announced a migration from unixserv to "the new and improved" web interface, guaranteed no downtime during the migration and no data loss, they've corrupted my VM during the migration and restored a backup of 10 days ago, in that 10 days there was tens over tens of hours of programming, I strongly not suggest this company as they will ignore you, mock you and delete your reviews when you try to help others to avoid this company.

The migration mentioned in your review was announced in advance and performed according to standard procedures. While we always aim to minimize impact, temporary technical issues during migrations cannot be fully excluded, especially on systems with individual configurations.
Regarding the data and backup claims:
As clearly stated in our terms, customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups. In this case, the backup that was restored was the latest available and intact backup on record. No evidence was provided that a more recent valid backup existed at the time of the incident.
We would also like to emphasize:
No data was deleted intentionally
No reviews are deleted or manipulated by us
Support communication is handled exclusively via our ticket system to ensure transparency and documentation
Claims that we “ignore” or “mock” customers are not supported by our ticket history. All requests are processed in the order received and answered professionally.
We regret that the migration did not meet your expectations. However, the allegations made in this review do not accurately reflect the documented technical logs, backup status, or support communication.
We encourage all customers to:
keep regular offsite backups
contact support immediately via the ticket system if issues arise
verify backups before and after major system changes
